Guns and the sex appeal of Jonah Hill playing an international arms dealer? What more can you ask for, honestly?

The new trailer for the film War Dogs, by director Todd Phillips (The Hangover trilogy), has given us a first glimpse at the new film. The movie is an action comedy, starring Oscar nominee Jonah Hill (The Wolf of Wall Street, Moneyball) and Miles Teller (Whiplash, the Divergent trilogy).

Based on a true story, War Dogs follows two friends in their early 20s (Hill and Teller) living in Miami during the first Iraq War. The plot thickens when these two buddies exploit a government initiative that allows small businesses to bid on US military contracts. As you would expect, things go well, and they are living the life, but also as you would expect, they get in over their heads after landing a 300 million dollar deal to arm the Afghan military.  This see’s them dealing with some shady characters, including the US government.

War Dogs hits Australian cinemas on August 18, 2016.
