With The Real Housewives of Sydney Season 3 in full force, the drama and explosive feuds are heating up between multiple cast members.

Caroline Gaultier is one RHOS star known to cause a stir with her bold personality, dramatic entrances, and unfiltered remarks. However, she admitted to Chattr that she can feel “very uncomfortable” watching herself back on TV.

She admits that she notices things about herself that nobody else would — like an eyelash that’s fallen off, smeared lipstick or an outfit choice she’s questioned after the fact — and that she believes she could’ve reacted differently in some situations.

That said, Caroline maintains that she has “zero regrets” about her behaviour on the TV show as it remained authentic to who she is — while also alluding to others being “fake” this season.

“Regarding how I’ve handled situations, I have zero regrets,” she told Chattr in an exclusive interview.

“I think if you stick to the truth, it can get difficult at times — it can get emotionally volatile, but if you stick to the truth, you can’t go wrong.”

RHOS’ Caroline refuses to be ‘fake’

In reference to RHOS Season 3 specifically, Caroline strongly argued for prioritising authenticity over looking a certain way to please others.

“There’s no point in pretending. There’s no point in lying,” she explained, alluding that her fellow cast members were caught out doing that in Season 3.

“There’s no point in being fake or inauthentic because eventually you will expose yourself, and we’ll see a lot of that in this season,” she teased.

“You can only keep up appearances for so long, and if your intention isn’t good, you will always be exposed.”

Caroline did, however, admit that she second-guessed some of her behaviour when she watched it back, like times when she felt like she could have “kept herself together more.”

“I don’t mind messing up. I think it’s great,” she explained.

“We’re human. We’re supposed to make mistakes. So yes, I’ll storm off when I should have probably kept myself together more, but they’re just normal human reactions and we should embrace all of that.

As long as you’re authentic, I think all the messiness then becomes a part of that.”

There’s a reason Lola Young‘s ‘Messy’ resonated with so many people, right?
