He reckons the hardest part about being on the show is leaving his two kids behind, but he’s not afraid to get vulnerable. “Big blokes do cry. We are very emotional, but we are very strong inside.”
If Nash wins the title of Sole Survivor on Brains v Brawn II, he will walk away with a huge $500,000 cash prize. He just has to defeat 23 other contestants first!

Nash is friends with Australian Survivor 2024 winner Feras Basal
Australian Survivor 2024 winner Feras Basal is rooting for Nash to win, as the pair are friends outside the game.
On X (formerly Twitter), Feras said he feels like a “proud father” of Nash and referred to him as “my boy”. So cute!
It’s possible Nash asked Feras for some advice before he went on Australian Survivor, so we might see some unorthodox strategy.
Nash makes an outrageous Idol find early on

A bunch of fan-favourite Australian Survivor contestants had a sneaky preview of Episode 1 of Brains and it seems that Nash finds an idol straight away.
“I found an idol,” Nash declares.
Instead of keeping it hidden for a rainy day, Nash wears it to the challenge and shows it off to all the other contestants.
Will this unhinged strategy pay off? Only time will tell.
Nash thinks his social skills will come in handy
As a salesman, Nash has “determination” and is “very hard to read”. He told Channel 10 that he has an advantage when it comes to working with people.
“When I’m always smiling you’re not gonna tell whether I’m part of your alliance or not. I’m just gonna be telling you what you want to hear and with my confidence and with my charm you’re gonna believe everything I say,” he said.
He does admit he likes to “stir the pot”, so Nash is definitely going to make for good TV!
