Jacqui Burfoot has been a divisive participant so far on this season of Married At First Sight (MAFS) and she’s continued to defy the rules of her contract on her business Instagram account, not even trying to hide she’s happily moved on from the show with intruder groom Clint Rice.
Currently as the show airs, MAFS fans are addicted to the up-and-down nature of Jacqui’s relationship with Ryan Donnelly, while Clint has only just recently wed Lauren Hall. On-screen, we’ve yet to see Jacqui and Clint interact at all, but it’s become common knowledge the two started a romance after Final Vows and before the MAFS reunion episode was filmed.
Jacqui revealed earlier this month that she was in a relationship with someone “kind, considerate and intelligent” but didn’t name-drop the groom. However it didn’t take long for the signs to appear that Jacqui had relocated to Tasmania to be with Clint, with Jacqui liking photos and videos of Clint’s dogs on his dogs’ Instagram page and in a video on the page, her gold bracelet is seen in the shot with the pups.
The Daily Mail also previously reported that Jacqui quit her job, packed up her Sydney life, and moved to Clint’s luxury estate in Tasmania, with an insider saying the two have a “natural chemistry”.
MAFS’ Jacqui continues to not-so-softly launch her relationship with Clint Rice
So while it may not be breaking news Jacqui and Clint are happily together, Jacqui has continued to not-so-subtly drop more hints about the relationship on Instagram, recently uploading a video with one of Clint’s dogs.
In the video, Jacqui is seen dancing around on a tennis court in Clint’s luxury Tasmanian home with the pup in her arms.
“When you cuddle co-stars who will love you till the end of time,” she captioned the video.
Jacqui confirms there’s no bad blood with Lauren Hall: “I love her”
While we’re yet to see what leads to Clint and Lauren’s relationship breakdown on MAFS, Jacqui has been going continuously rogue on her business Instagram page answering fan questions about the show and spilling all sorts of the tea.
In one Instagram AMA, Jacqui confirmed there’s no bad blood between her and Lauren, but didn’t mention her relationship with Clint. She said she still speaks to Lauren, saying the two have “lots in common” and that she had just gotten off the phone with her.
We’ll continue to watch this space to see how it all plays out!
