It’s family and friends week for this Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 recap, which means these relationships are getting serious. I guess?

Lauren is starting to get icked out by pro golfer Clint who would like to do his own washing.

Ryan and Jacqui are meeting each other’s inner circles. Ryan tells the table his comments about Jacqui having crazy eyes but giving good head.

Rhi and Carina have arrived at Beth‘s to talk about her relationship (which is much better than theirs). Annnnd to deliver on the KFC sponsorship that they’re contractually obliged to partake in.

This doesn’t feel staged at all! Image: Nine.

Veronica is my kind of funny and has rocked up at Lauren’s with margaritas – the very drink their mutual husband shamed Lauren for.

Lauren basically says Eliot‘s a narcissist and Veronica should run.

Clint got Lauren flowers, and wow, he really is made for… Jacqui. Speaking of! Did he rank Jacqui like… seventh in the photo ranking challenge? Lauren thinks she looks a “bit rough”, which will be uncomfortable viewing if these two are still friends.

Oh you’re never going to hear the end of that, buddies. Image: Nine.

Lauren puts Clint as number one because he doesn’t stink, and also, he gives her a good feeling in her nipples. She didn’t like that he wore a g-string for his spray tan, though.

G-string? Deduct a point. Image: Nine.

Does she get Clint’s nipples going? Well, her audition tape leaves question marks – especially the part where she said her husband should earn a million a year.

Eliot is doing the photo ranking challenge, putting Lauren right up the front, saying she’s “beautiful.” This is a more mature stance than Lauren’s positioning of Eliot (dead last).

Veronica puts Adrian last based on what she knows of the people so far, so I know she is smart. She puts Eliot third based on the openness and vulnerability she hasn’t seen from him, and I love to see him knocked down a peg.

Awhina and Cleo wearing the same thing in different colours is such twin energy.

Speaking of twin energy, seeing Cleo arc up at Adrian’s redhead friend for making a snarky little comment about Awhina’s mothering.

I didn’t know non-twins were allowed? Image: Nine.

All hell breaks loose and the Adrian clan are all like “I’m done” as if they’re on an episode of The Hills or something. And as if they’re characters we actually care about.

Cleo tells Awhina what the rest of Australia is thinking: that she deserves better than someone like Adrian.

Here’s hoping the MAFS 2025 experts let her leave this time.
