MAFS' Carina wants Jacob Elordi to slide into her DMs

Carina tells Chattr her first red carpet experience was a “whirlwind”, and it just happened to be the star-studded Australian premiere of The Narrow Road To The Deep North in Sydney.

After the cast gave a speech before the movie started, the Euphoria star walked past Carina and said, “That’s a great dress.”

“He did his speech, and then when he walked up, it just happened to be, he was like, ‘That’s a great dress’… and then everyone [said] ‘That’s so cool!’. So yeah, it was a lovely compliment,” Carina says.

“He’s tall, he’s got dark features and he’s handsome, and that’s exactly what I asked the [MAFS] experts for,” she jokes. “Jacob Elordi is definitely my type, yeah.”

The MAFS bride said she would consider sliding into his DMs if he wasn’t in a relationship (it looks like he’s loved up with Olivia Jade Giannulli at the moment), but if he was single? Game on!

“If he is single, then yeah, I would happily maybe do that. I don’t know. Is that what people do these days? I mean, he should really slide into my DMs! I don’t have access to my Instagram, so he could have already slid in!” she jokes.

“And then the ship’s gonna sail, and he’s probably already snapped up by the time I get my account back. Honestly, you know, to be announced — I don’t know, we just have to wait!”

During the event, Carina met many MAFS fans wanting to talk to her about her journey on the show, and came away feeling empowered by her decision to dump Paul at Final Vows.

“I had so many lovely girls just giving me their view on the relationship and giving me their reassurance that I made the right decision and I didn’t, you know, let my guard down,” she explains.

“People actually stop me and give me their experience in relationships, and can really resonate to what I went through.”

She adds that it’s nice to see something positive come out of the way her relationship ended, and we couldn’t agree more!
