The dazzling cast of Dancing with the Stars (DWTS) 2025 has been revealed, with this season’s dancer shaping up to be quite the colourful bunch!
These celebs will be trading their day jobs for dance rehearsals, and step out of their comfort zones as they Cha-Cha, spin, and twirl their way to the glorious Mirror Ball Trophy.
Returning to host are the dynamic duo, Dr. Chris Brown and Sonia Kruger.
The all-star panel of Dancing With The Stars judges is also set to grace our screen once again in 2025. Craig Revel Horwood, Helen Richey, Sharna Burgess, and Mark Wilson will be giving this year’s cast

Shaun Micallef

Celebrated Aussie comedian, writer, and actor Shaun Micallef was the first DWTS guest to be announced in November last year.
After a decade working as a solicitor, Shaun made the switch to comedy full-time in 1993, gaining recognition on Full Frontal before creating The Micallef P(r)ogram(me), Welcher & Welcher, and Micallef Tonight.
Most recently, Shaun has been the host of Talkin’ ‘Bout Your Generation and the long-running satirical series Mad As Hell.
Harry Garside

Olympic boxer Harry Garside is trading his gloves for dancing shoes as the second celebrity confirmed for the upcoming season of DWTS.
The bronze medallist will team up with Siobhan Power, who previously partnered with former AFL star Ben Cousins in the 2024 season of DWTS.
Brittany Hockley

Brittany Hockley first won our hearts on Honey Badger’s season of The Bachelor and more recently on the 2024 season of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia.
Alongside Laura Byrne, she co-hosts Life Uncut, one of Australia’s most successful female-led podcasts, winning Listener’s Choice three years in a row. She also co-hosts The Pick Up on KISS FM with Byrne.
She’s one of the most recognisable faces in Aussie media, but can she dance?
Rebecca Gibney

Actress Rebecca Gibney has been a mainstay on our screens for years. She has starred on Packed to the Rafters, Wanted and Under the Vines. She has also appeared in many Australian films like The Dressmaker.
Speaking to Stellar Magazine about her upcoming stint on the dancing reality show, she said this will be harder than anything else she has done before.
“I’m so far out of my comfort zone. I’m moving my body in ways that I never thought I could. And my body is resisting, trust me,” she told the magazine.
Felicity Ward

Comedian Felicity Ward will be strutting her stuff on the dancefloor this year. She plays the awkward, Michael Scott-esque Hannah Howard, on The Office Australia.
She is also a stand up comedian, performing at Melbourne Fringe Festival, Melbourne International Comedy Festival and recently went on tour in the UK with her “I’m Exhausting” tour.

Karina Carvalho

Karina Carvalho, the Seven News anchor in Melbourne will be leaving her news desk for the dancefloor.
She has had a longstanding career, she began her Australian career in WA as a journalist and then a news anchor for the ABC. Karina has also worked in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney for the Australian Broadcaster.
In July 2024, Karina left Aunty for Channel Seven as a presenter for Seven News.
Kyle Shilling

Home and Away actor Kyle Shilling is stepping away from gorgeous Summer Bay to compete on this year’s Dancing with the Stars.
He made history on the Australian soap opera as the first Indigenous main character, playing surfer, Mali Hudson.
Not only is he an actor, but he is also a hip-hop artist! He goes by BLACX and in 2020, he released his debut album, Bildungsroaming.
Mia Fevola

Influencer and model Mia Fevola will be competing for the mirrorball trophy on this year’s Dancing with the Stars.
Her last name might sound familar because she is the daughter of AFL superstar Brendan Fevola.
She’s also a make up artist and used to have a loungewear brand called MALLT Collective. Mia has worked with many prominent brands like Nine West, Hyundai and the Australian Open.
Michael Usher

Seven News presenter Michael Usher has graced our television screens for years delivering current affairs to Aussies at home.
He has reported on nearly everything, beginning his career as a cadet in Bunbury in WA, he has covered the Olympics, US news, hosted Nightline and Sunday on Nine.
In 2016, he began working for Channel Seven replacing Melissa Doyle as presenter on Seven News Sydney.
Osher Günsberg

One of Australia’s hosting icons Osher Günsberg will be trading his presenter role for a plié on this year’s Dancing with the Stars.
Osher has been on our TVs since the early 2000s hosting shows like Channel V, Australian Idol, and The Bachelor. He also has his own podcast called Better Than Yesterday.
Susie O’Neill

Olympian Susie O’Neill will be diving onto the dancefloor on this season of Dancing with the Stars.
Lovingly known as “Madame Butterfly”, she won the 200m butterfly at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics and 200m freestyle at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
Despite her retiring from competitive swimming 20 years ago, she still competes at triathlons and does various swim meets.
Trent Cotchin

Former Richmond Tigers captain Trent Cotchin will be lacing up his dancing shoes for this year’s season of Dancing with the Stars.
Since retiring from the Tigers in 2023, has launched a podcast called Shaped, where he speaks to other former athletes about their lives post-sport.
He has interviewed tennis legend Ash Barty, AFL player Chris Judd and AFLW star Moana Hope.
