Zara Callianiotis has been one to watch on Australian Survivor 2025. She’s proven there’s a lot more to her than meets the eye, holding her own through every twist and turn to become the last woman standing this season.
During an exclusive interview with Chattr, Zara revealed just how gruelling the experience really is.
“It is an emotional game because you’re completely cut off from your family. I liken it to being in a zombie apocalypse, and The Graduates [alliance] out there became my new family,” she said.
But who really is Zara outside the game? When she’s not sleeping in a leaky shelter or battling it out in Tribal, the stylish Survivor star leads a very different life.
Here’s everything we know about Australian Survivor’s Zara.

Zara’s logo-mania lifestyle outside of Survivor Australia
We got our first peek into Zara’s real-world glam in Episode 5, when the OG Brains cast member confessed she’s way out of her comfort zone.
“Our shelter is horrible, it leaks on us all night,” she said.
“I came out here in a beautiful Camilla dress, giving housewife, fashionista vibes, and now my entire hair is almost matted to my head. This could not be any more far removed from my regular life.”
No stranger to the finer things in life, Zara has made no secret of just how far her luxe lifestyle is from the harsh reality of Australian Survivor. Off the show, she’s living the highest of lives.
“I adore luxury. I love all the finer things: beautiful clothes, beautiful shoes,” she shared early on in her Survivor journey.
And she’s not exaggerating. School drop-offs are done in an orange Lamborghini (casually). For context, the starting price for a car like the Lamborghini Huracan (for example) is around AU$384,187!!
Zara’s Instagram is where the self-described “Hermès collector” and “Louboutin lover” flaunts off her seriously enviable fashion hauls and extravagant globetrotting adventures with her fam.

Based off her Insta, Zara’s wardrobe must be insane. We’re talking Louis Vuitton mules (retailing for around US$1,020, or roughly AU$1,600), 18K gold and mother-of-pearl Van Cleef & Arpels earrings, and of course, her regular Hermès Birkin bag unboxings.
FYI, Birkin bags apparently start at around €9,250 (approximately AU$15,200), and can climb to over US$64,400.
Yup, Zara definitely has a taste for the finer things. And the cash to boot. Speaking of…
Who is Zara Callianiotis’ husband?
Zara appears to be married to George Callianiotis, the owner and sole director of The Geocal Group, a building and project management firm.
According to Dun & Bradstreet, the company brings in an estimated $5.51 million in annual revenue. So maybe this is where the big bucks are coming from?
What is Australian Survivor’s Zara’s net worth?
While we don’t know her exact net worth it’s safe to say Australian Survivor‘s Zara isn’t exactly strapped for cash. Must be nice!
She’s also a multi-degree holder
Zara’s not all designer handbags and Louboutins. She’s got the credentials to back up her smarts, too.
“Don’t let the blonde hair fool you. I do have brains behind that,” she said on Survivor.
And she wasn’t kidding. Zara holds three degrees in Political Science, Law, and Economics and is a qualified solicitor and financial planner. Tell me you’re not worried about student debt without telling me you’re not worried about student debt.
She’s also the Vice President of her kids’ school PTA, and runs her household like a pro.
“My day is packing lunches, getting the kids to school, driving them around, but I’m also a really multi-faceted person.”

Family is her driving force, and her kids were the main reason she signed up for Survivor.
“I want my kids to watch me on TV and just think I’m a badass,” She told Network 10. “I want them to see me competing in challenges and think, ‘Yeah, my mum’s got this. My mum’s cool.’”
She’s smart, she’s motivated, she’s stylish. But will it be enough for Zara to secure the title of Sole Survivor? Time will tell!
