Australian Survivor 2025 has introduced us to a fresh lineup of castaways, all battling it out in this season’s epic showdown of Brain v Brawn II, including OG Brawn Morgan Mitchell.
Morgan is an insanely accomplished athlete and, as her Instagram bio puts it, a “mama to be”. Late last year, she revealed she’s pregnant with twins. Yep, two mini Morgans on the way!
What else do we know about the 30-year-old from Carlton, Victoria? Here’s more about Australian Survivor‘s Morgan.
Morgan is expecting twin girls!
Morgan made a major life announcement in November last year. She’s expecting twin girls with her then-fiancé (now husband), Tommy Brown!
At the time of filming Survivor, Morgan was in wedding preparation mode, which is why winning the prize money was a top priority.
“Before coming to Samoa, I kind of woke up at 4am in the morning like a possessed demon,” she told Channel 10.
“I looked to my fiancé Tom, and I said, ‘I’m winning. We have a wedding to pay for, and it will be the wedding of the century.'”

Morgan got married in February
Morgan married her fiancé, Tommy, in February 2025, saying “I do” on Valentine’s Day. She shared the exciting news in a February 14 Insta post.
Morgan also shared on her socials that the couple had been dating for a year before getting engaged, which all began when she slid into his DMs. Safe to say, the move paid off!
Huge congrats to the happy couple.
So… did she take home the prize and fund the ultimate dream wedding? Guess we’ll have to watch and find out!
Australian Survivor’s Morgan is an Olympic Sprinter
Morgan’s physical ability has been evident in Australian Survivor, and that comes from her background as a professional athlete.
The 30-year-old has been tearing up the track since 2012, competing in three World Championships, two Commonwealth Games, and two Olympics: the 2016 Rio Olympics and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
She was in the 4x400m relay and is a three-time national champion over 400m. She later switched to the 800m, joining the exclusive club of athletes who’ve competed at the Olympics in both events.
Per her Channel 10 bio, Morgan cites her mother and former coach as her major inspirations.
“I would definitely attribute my success to my mother. She’s my best friend,” she said.
“She’s the coolest person you’ll ever meet. And my first coach, Peter Burke, guided me and really set up the foundations for me to become one of the best in Australia in what I do.”
