What happens at the final Tribal Council?
Australian Survivor is built around a voting system where contestants eliminate their fellow tribemates one by one. But in the end, it’s the Jury who decides who takes home the title of Sole Survivor.
In the finale, the final two (or three) contestants will have the chance to pitch themselves to the Jury. Usually, this involves revealing parts of their gameplay that others may not have been aware of. Each member of the Jury will also get to put the finalists on the spot with a question.
The Jury will ultimately cast their votes for the player they believe is most deserving of the title, and the contestant with the most votes will be crowned Sole Survivor.
What does the winner get?
Aside from lifelong bragging rights, the Sole Survivor will take home $500,000 in prize money.
