Teejay and Beth were the only completely new Intruder couple to walk through the door on Married at First Sight (MAFS) 2025.
Their MAFS intruder counterparts were returnees Lauren Hall and Eliot Donovan, who reentered the experiment with new partners, then chose to exit again shortly after.
So, Teejay and Beth are our only hope for a long-lasting Intruder connection on MAFS 2025—like MAFS 2024’s Ridge and Jade’s relationship, which is still going strong.

Are MAFS’ Beth and Teejay still together?
We’re at the pointy end of the experiment, and MAFS‘ Beth and Teejay are still together, but things aren’t looking promising for the couple.
An insider told Chattr that five couples make it to MAFS Final Vows, and sadly, Beth and Teejay aren’t in the mix.
“Lauren [Hall] and Clint [Rice] leave at the next Commitment Ceremony, and over the next few weeks the experiment also loses Beth [Kelly] and Teejay [Halkias], as well as Veronica [Cloherty] and Eliot [Donovan],” the source spilled.
Meanwhile, during Homestays Week Teejay told Beth that he wasn’t developing romantic feelings for her — after he slept with her. During an interview with Chattr, Teejay said he’d reflected on the timing and regretted his actions.
“Watching it back now, I think it was definitely the wrong decision [to have sex with Beth],” Teejay admits. “I definitely don’t think that I should have even put forward the idea.”
However, it doesn’t sound as though the couple will be leaving the experiment just yet. Beth said she regretted agreeing to take part in the Final Challenge, which gives the cast the choice to meet with a backup partner to see if the grass is greener on the other side.
Of course, the Final Challenge hasn’t aired yet, which suggests that Teejay and Beth are around for at least another week.
Teejay and Beth’s pairing
This isn’t Teejay’s first reality TV rodeo. He was on Big Brother 2023, and his talent agency profile lists him as a model, actor, and creator. So, he’s no stranger to the camera!
As for Beth, the Queensland salon manager describes herself as “brutally honest and someone who will say it how it is,” per her Nine bio.
Teejay’s past with another bride
A major twist this season is that Teejay reportedly has history with another MAFS bride, Jamie Marinos — a detail Jamie decided to spill at the couple’s TV wedding, no less. However, Jamie’s confession never made it to air.
According to Daily Mail Australia, an insider revealed: “We were all sitting at the main table, enjoying the wedding, and then Jamie just walked over and said, ‘I slept with TJ’.”
Beth, understandably, was not expecting that. Other wedding guests told the news outlet that the reveal left Beth completely shocked.
Will this past fling throw a spanner in the works for her and Teejay?
