Australian Survivor 2025‘s Ally has made her mark as one of the Brains tribe’s most controversial players.

During the first episode, she joined The Coven alliance alongside KarinLauraLogan and Zara. But, while the all-ladies alliance may have been the first of the season, it started to show cracks when Logan and Laura secretly formed the VBs behind their teammate’s back.

Ally worked to make her own connections outside of The Coven, forming a strong connection with AJ, who confided in her that he wanted to get Logan out. Ally told Logan about the plan, which not only saw Logan avoid elimination but also caused AJ to narrowly miss out on having his own torch snuffed at Tribal.

Here’s everything you need to know about Ally outside of her Survivor alliance drama.

What is Australian Survivor 2025’s Ally’s job?

Ally shared with her Brains tribemates that she’s an AI expert, and she also spoke about her impressive career to the Brawns Tribe when she was chosen to join them for a Rewards Challenge.

According to her LinkedIn, Ally has worked as a Programme Development Manager (AI and Tech) for Queenstown Resort College since June 23.

Prior to her career in AI, Ally worked as a middle-year science and math teacher at Brisbane Grammar School.

Ally transitioned into the AI role after she was headhunted by an American Silicon Valley director to move to South Korea to open Makerspaces and Technology environments.

“It was an absolutely life-changing experience and allowed me to experience an entirely different level of executive leadership and technology suites. I had the pleasure of working alongside Samsung and Hyundai headquarters, implementing new technology and writing curriculum that reflected STEAM objectives,” she told Open Universities.

Where is Ally from?

While Ally is presented on the show as a laid-back country gal, her Instagram tells a slightly different story.

Her Australian Survivor bio says that she lives in a small North Queensland town with her pet rescue kangaroo, and she’s shared several cute videos of herself working on the farm on her Instagram.

However, the Australian Survivor Brains player has managed to balance a life on the road with a life on the farm. Her Instagram account is littered with glamorous travel photos from all over the world. In the past six months, she’s been to Europe, Japan and Indonesia.

And of course, the Australian Survivor beach.

Australian Survivor airs at 7pm on Sundays and 7:30pm on Mondays and Tuesdays on Channel 10 and 10Play.
