It’s grand finale week for The Voice Australia 2024, and whispers about the potential winner of the competition – and whether or not that winner has been leaked – have been circulating.

The Voice Australia: Was Skÿe leaked as the winner of this season?
The short answer here is, not officially. However, people have noticed an interesting detail that has them convinced they know who will walk away with the win this year. (We’re still very much working with rumours, though.)
As has been reported by Who, there are theories that Team Guy contestant Skÿe has been slated to win The Voice Australia 2024.
This comes after fans noticed the contestant had been appearing in Afterpay commercials since early in the 2024 season. Per Who, one fan commented on Facebook, “Why is SKŸE already in ads? I hope that isn’t a clue.”
Moving over to X, another user shared, “Kinda predictable since Skye is in ads for Afterpay.”
With fans noticing that Skÿe is the only contestant who has appeared in ads throughout The Voice Australia competition, it has sparked rumours that this is a hint at Skÿe’s success in the show.
What else are fans saying?
The suspicions around a pre-selected winner have escalated from here, with folks complaining that live shows and voting should be brought back to the series.

Additionally, there are fans questioning whether or not it’s fair that Skÿe has been on the show before. The singer appeared on The Voice Australia in 2015 and was a part of Team Delta.

One fan commented on TikTok, “Omg wow. Why couldn’t he just be honest and say he’s been on the show before?”
Another followed with, “Why is he allowed twice?”
However, there have been many fans responding to the criticism, highlighting that it’s not exactly a big deal to see contestants enter to be on The Voice multiple times.
One user wrote, “heaps of people re enter [in The Voice competition]” and another shared, “So many people have come back and reapplied, why does it matter any more for Skye?”
In any case, what we’re most interested in is whether or not fans have, in fact, spotted a clue regarding the final results of The Voice Australia 2024. We’ve reached out to Afterpay for comment, but in the meantime, we’ll have to wait and see.
In the grand finale of The Voice Australia 2024, we’ll see Skÿe compete against finalists Annie Jones for Team Adam, Reuben De Melo from Team LeAnn and Jaedyn Randell for Team Kate.
