Jamie Foxx and Tommy Lee Jones team up to battle corporate corruption in the new trailer for Prime Video’s The Burial.
The blockbuster is based on true events which were chronicled in a 1999 The New Yorker article by Jonathan Harr and follows a legal case between a massive corporation and a funeral business.
“When a handshake deal goes sour, funeral homeowner Jeremiah O’Keefe (Jones) enlists charismatic, smooth-talking attorney Willie E. Gary (Foxx) to save his family business,” the official synopsis for the movie reads.
“Tempers flare and laughter ensues as the unlikely pair bond while exposing corporate corruption and racial injustice in this inspirational, triumphant story,” it continues.
