As we move towards the end of The Block 2024, we’ve been checking out the house listings for this year’s contestants. Today, we’re taking a closer look at Maddy and Charlotte’s house listing ahead of The Block‘s auction event, just like we’ve done with the work of Mimi and Kristian, as well as Kylie and Brad.
House 1: A closer look at Maddy and Charlotte’s house on The Block
House 1 on The Block by Maddy and Charlotte is located at 1/113-119 Justice Road, Cowes, VIC. The property is fitted with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two car spots.

Maddy and Charlotte’s bedrooms
Maddy and Charlotte’s bedrooms in The Block’s House 1 are made up of a blend of soft greens, wooden finishes and neutrals.
Exterior areas
Mixing darker shades of black with wooden finishes and thoughtful lighting, the exterior of Maddy and Charlotte’s house on The Block gives a real air of luxury.
The judges were particularly impressed by the girls’ yard, calling it an “entertainer’s dream”.
Maddy and Charlotte’s kitchen and dining space
Moving onto the kitchen, dining and living space. Here we see lighter tones, stone blended with natural wooden finishes and big windows for loads of natural light.
Maddy and Charlotte’s kitchen was deemed the “perfect” coastal design by the judges, and landed a ten!
Bathrooms and laundry
Finally, the bathrooms. Here, Maddy and Charlotte’s house has been fitted with a mostly white theme, along with touches of green.
Maddy and Charlotte’s rumpus area
Again displaying coastal themes with lots of light and natural wooden finishes, the rumpus and office space is inviting and open.
