Fans of The Block, get excited because we’re starting to get closer to the grand finale of the 2024 season. As we inch towards the auctions, property listings have begun dropping online for the homes of the contestants of The Block, and today, we’re taking a look at Kylie and Brad‘s house.
House 4: A closer look at Kylie and Brad’s house on The Block
House 4 from the green team is located at 4/113-119 Justice Road, Cowes, VIC and is equipped with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and two car spots.
In its Domain listing, the property is described as a “luxurious family living in [a] resort-style coastal setting”.
It continues to say, “Nestled within one of Australia’s most exclusive gated communities, this property delivers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience.”
In terms of scores, here is how the house performed in the eyes of the judges each week:

- Final Bedroom and Laundry: 22.5

Kylie and Brad’s bedrooms
Let’s start off by looking at House 4’s bedrooms, shall we? The five bedrooms are styled differently, with varying sizes. But many of them have been decorated with darker tones throughout.
Exterior areas
Check out the exterior spaces Kylie and Brad have created below, from a raised pool to a fire pit with multiple seating areas. The pool deck wasn’t the judges favourite, however, being referred to as “a wasted opportunity”.
Kylie and Brad’s kitchen and dining space
Again, using a dark colour scheme, House 4’s kitchen and dining space offer moody lighting and dark stone finishes. The kitchen design was a favourite amongst the judges.
Bathrooms
Moving onto bathrooms, Kylie and Brad’s home has three bathrooms, all of which have been designed with the same dark colour scheme.
Living area and rumpus
The living space is overlooked by an elevated study/rumpus room, both of which display touches of black, as well as natural wooden finishes.
