BOOYAKASHA! Paul Rudd and John Cena lead the all-star cast for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Nostalgia alert! The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are back and this time, the cast is just as famous as the turtles themselves!

During the March 5 broadcast of the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, perennial kid and star of the upcoming flick, Seth Rogen announced the list of actors who will be voicing characters for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem.

Who is in the cast Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem?

Leading the charge alongside Rogen is Paul Rudd as Mondo Gecko, John Cena as Rocksteady, Jackie Chan as Splinter, Post Malone as Ray Fillet, Ice Cube as Superfly, Maya Rudolph as Cynthia Utrom and Aussie star Rose Byrne Leatherhead.

The four turtles will be played by Micah Abbey as Donatello, Shamon Brown Jr. as Michelangelo, Nicolas Cantu as Leonardo and Brady Noon as Raphael.

What will the film be about?

The official synopsis reads: “After years of being sheltered from the human world, the Turtle brothers set out to win the hearts of New Yorkers and be accepted as normal teenagers through heroic acts. Their new friend April O’Neil helps them take on a mysterious crime syndicate, but they soon get in over their heads when an army of mutants is unleashed upon them.”

When will Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem be released?

Gone are the days of the cartoon turtles, because the new iteration is all CG-animated and will premiere in cinemas globally on September 7, 2023.
