If you fell in love with the culinary creations of Simone Presta and Viviana Barile on My Kitchen Rules 2024, this is your chance to enjoy their cooking first-hand! Simone and Viviana are bringing their talents to Sydney for a special restaurant event that’s sure to sell out.
MKR’s Simone and Viviana’s Sydney restaurant pop-up
IIn collaboration with Sydney-based restaurant Cucinetta, best pals Simone and Viviana will host an exclusive pop-up event on December 16. Joining forces with Chef Vincenzo, the night promises a celebration of Italian flavours and live cooking at the harbour-view restaurant.
The Instagram post announcing the event reads:
“Join us on Monday, December 16, for a special evening at Cucinetta with Simone Presta and Viviana Barile, the Italian duo from Queensland you’ve seen on TV.
“Experience the flavours of Italy with live cooking stations featuring fresh pizzas, creamy pasta, and handmade cheese. Plus, indulge in bottomless drinks, antipasto, and live music—all with the stunning Sydney Harbour as your backdrop.”
Tickets are $260 per person and include:
- A spread of antipasti and bottomless drinks
- Interactive live cooking stations featuring pasta prepared in a cheese wheel and wood-fired pizza
- Live entertainment to set the mood

How are MKR fans reacting to the announcement?
Folks were thrilled by the news online, with fans on Instagram gushing over the opportunity.

If you’re unable to attend the pop-up event, don’t worry. Simone Presta actually owns two incredible Italian restaurants in Brisbane: Doughcraft and Scugnizzi.
While Viviana isn’t officially involved, the dishes carry the same flair and authenticity that won over judges on MKR.
