To celebrate Samsung Electronics introducing its newest fourth-gen foldable smartphone devices –the Z Flip4 and Z Fold4, Samsung Galaxy unveiled the ultimate music festival and multi-sensory experience.
For one night only Samsung hosted a night to remember with music and drinks flowing at Cargo Hall, Overseas Passenger Terminal overlooking the stunning view of the harbour and iconic Sydney Opera House. Samsung’s ‘Flextival’ included a star studded line-up Hosted by renowned MC Shantan Wantan Ichiban and included performances by Set Mo, Dena Amy, Stacie Fields, dameeeela, Troy Beman and Madami and more for Samsung fans and music lovers to enjoy up close at this limited free ticketed event.
With the iconic backdrop of the Opera House, Flextival created an intimate venue for a totally immersive experience for fans of Samsung to get their hands on the brand new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 and Z Flip4 while inside at the Flex Studio. The venue was fitted out with a whopping 6-metre high LED wall and floor which was the event’s main stage and mimicked the shape of Samsung’s Galaxy Z series foldable device.
The exclusive gig included appearances by notable figures such as Jack Vigen, Dan Brown, Dan Single, and Stacey Fields were in attendance as everyone danced, sang and drank well into the night. As PNAU took the stage, the crowd went wild with hit after hit songs filling the room with electric energy. Hot off their recent collaboration with Elton John and Dua Lipa, and remixing Elvis’ Suspicious Minds for Baz Luhrmann’s Hollywood blockbuster, PNAU returned home to Sydney for this exclusive DJ set ahead of their forthcoming festival appearances.
Limited free tickets were available to music fans from September 21st on EventBrite using a registration code posted on Samsung social channels. But don’t let the FOMO hit you just yet, you haven’t missed out on this one night only event just yet!
For those not lucky enough to have snagged a ticket for this up-close-and-personal event, an encore presentation of Flextival highlights will be available to stream on Mixmag’s YouTube channel following the event beginning October 7th.
