Every year, viewers of Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 want to know one thing. Well, a few things – like which couples will last until the end and who will leave before the season finishes are top of the list. But as soon as everyone moves into their apartments to cohabitate, we’re fascinated. This year, it’s no different – we’re all asking, where is MAFS filmed? In particular, where are the MAFS apartments?
If you’ve been tuning into the reality show for the past couple of years, you may recognise the building already.
What you may not know is that there are new owners. The sprawling apartment complex used to be owned and operated by Skye Suites but is now run by One Global Resorts as One Global Resorts Green Square.
Where are the MAFS apartments?
Prior to 2024, the MAFS cast used to stay at Skye Suites Sydney, a smaller hotel in the heart of Sydney City. In 2024, filming moved to the much larger, even more opulent Skye Suites Green Square, which is now operating as One Global Resorts Green Square.
While this location is outside of the CBD, its placement between the suburbs of Waterloo and Alexandria keeps it within the inner city surrounds, and close to plenty of Sydney icons. Famous dining venue The Grounds is right around the corner, as well as popular gin distillery Archie Rose, for example.
In fact, The Grounds’ foliage-filled space was actually where the MAFS 2024 reunion was filmed, so there’s a chance we see a cast visit in the near future.
The urban resort is also a stone’s throw from Green Square station, where trains run between Sydney Airport and the City, so it’s a good location for the MAFS cast to get around from.
What rooms do the MAFS couples stay in at One Global Resorts Green Square?
One Global Resorts Green Square has five different types of accommodation, ranging from studio apartments to three-bedroom executive suites. A representative of One Global Resorts Green Square told Chattr that production rented the entirety of level 8 for this season’s filming, with couples distributed across various room types on the floor.
The One Bed 55 rooms are 55-square-metre suites that feature a separate bedroom, living space, and kitchen area with dining facilities. There is also an internal laundry, a deluxe bathroom and, in some rooms, a balcony.
Some lucky couples would have scored the Premier Two Bed 70 suites, which are 70-square-metres, although both rooms feature the same amenities.
The MAFS 2025 participants show off their apartments
The MAFS cast moved into their One Global Resorts Green Square apartments during Episode 7, and have been shacked up there ever since.
Since then, Tim and Katie, Jake and Ash, Sierah and Billy, Morena and Tony and Clint and Lauren have packed their bags and moved out after choosing to exit the experiment.
However, that didn’t stop Billy from taking his followers on the tour of the space he shared with Sierah before he headed back home.

Rhi also uploaded a video of her and Jeff showing off their outfits before a Dinner Party. In the background, you can see that their bed is behind a partition, and there’s a small kitchenette in the apartment.
What is One Global Resorts Green Square like?
While the rooms are pretty luxurious, it’s the resort facilities that we’d really take advantage of if we were on the show and living inside the MAFS apartments.
Aside from the pool, which is placed above the mid-level apartments with views over the city, there is also a state-of-the-art fitness centre complete with a sauna. Surely we’ll see some steamy scenes there in future episodes?
One Global Resorts Green Square is also close to the new Infinity Square retail complex, which has coffee shops and dining galore – some of which we may see when the MAFS 2025 couples meet friends and family.
Can I stay at the MAFS apartments?
Yes, you can! While prices at the resort fluctuate depending on the season and events in Sydney, if you were to book a room in late March 2025, the One Bed Suite 55 rooms would set you back $645, while the smaller Studio 46 rooms would be $580 per night.
Married At First Sight 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
