Again, using a dark colour scheme, House 4’s kitchen and dining space offer moody lighting and dark stone finishes. The kitchen design was a favourite amongst the judges.

The holiday period is fast approaching, which means that folks are soon going to be looking for Christmas movies to enjoy with loved ones. If you’re interested in pulling together a list of Christmas movies you can stream in Australia, we’ve created this guide to help you make a start to that.

Let’s take a peek, shall we?

The best Christmas movies and where you can stream them in Australia

How to Make Gravy

One Christmas film that Aussie audiences are particularly excited about is the upcoming How To Make Gravy. The movie is an adaptation of Paul Kelly’s song of the same name, and it tells the story of an inmate writing a letter home as his family prepares to celebrate their first Christmas without him.

You can stream How To Make Gravy in Australia on Binge from December 1, 2024.

The Holdovers

The Holdover follows a grumpy teacher (Paul Giamatti) who is required to stay on campus over the Christmas break to babysit students left behind during the break.

From here, the professor then builds an unexpected connection with one of these students and the school’s head cook (Da’Vine).

You can stream The Holdovers in Australia on Netflix.

Klaus

This heartwarming animated film focuses on the story of a failing postman (Jason Schwartzman) who is sent to the North to work in a frozen town. While there, he meets a toymaker named Klaus (J.K Simmons), and the pair find a way to bring joy to this little town.

You can stream Klaus in Australia on Netflix.

Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas

Fans of a spooky watch have long enjoyed Tim Burton‘s animated classic, The Nightmare Before Christmas. The film follows Jack Skellington (Danny Elfman), the pumpkin king of Halloweentown, who discovers Christmastown nearby, kidnaps Santa Claus (Edward Ivory) and decides to take on the gig.

It’s a Wonderful Life

It’s a Wonderful Life is one of the most popular classic Christmas films of all time, and for good reason.

The film follows the story of George Bailey (James Stewart), who grows frustrated with life and wishes he was never born. After this wish, an angel shows George what life would have been like had he not been born, and it gives him some powerful insight.

You can stream It’s a Wonderful Life in Australia on Stan.

Christmess

Another Aussie Christmas movie worth considering, Christmess, focuses on Nick, a once-famous actor (Darren Gilshenan) who now works as a shopping centre Santa Claus due to alcohol addiction.

The film follows his journey as he attempts to win his daughter’s forgiveness and work towards recovery.

You can watch Christmess in Australia on Binge.

The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special

For those looking for a little bit of adventure in their festive watching, The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special has emerged as a popular option. The film follows Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Drax (Dave Bautista), Rocket (Bradley Cooper), Mantis (Pom Klementieff), and Groot (Vin Diesel) as they get up to some Christmas-related antics.

What season were all 22 returning The Block All-Stars on?

The Block is well known for bringing back former contestants, and the 2024 season has done exactly that.

However, this year, the returning All-Stars didn’t compete in the home renovations competition as contestants. Instead, they shared their advice with the current Blockheads.

On top of that, Channel Nine has teased that some of the The Block fan favourites will be participating in a mystery challenge.

“As this season builds to the auction, a select group of the All Stars will be helping this year’s Blockheads to create something never seen on The Block before,” a press release for the new season reads.

The hand-selected All-Stars include some very recognisable faces over the years. The group includes last year’s winners Steph and Gian and loveable couple Dale and Sophie from way back in 2012.

Like Alysa and Lysandra, Ronnie and Georgia also did two seasons back to back.

Who will win The Block 2024?

The Block 2024 is coming to an end, and the final auctions are speeding towards us. While there have long been theories about the teams that land on top, has the winner of The Block 2024 now been leaked?

Here is what we know about the winners of the auction finale and what audiences can expect.

Has the winning team of The Block 2024 been leaked?

the block winners leaked 2024
Courtney and Grant, potential winners of The Block? Image: Nine Network

In previous years, fans of the show could refer to betting odds to get an insight into which team was likely to perform best in the auction. This year, Sportsbet has dropped novelty bets on its platform, which means audiences can no longer use these odds to make an educated guess on the winner of The Block.

That doesn’t mean, however, that the winners of The Block 2024 haven’t been leaked. There are other theories rolling around on the internet right now.

Taking a quick look at X or Reddit, you can see that many fans believe Maddy and Charlotte have the competition in the bag.

the block winners leaked 2024
Maddy and Charlotte on The Block. Has the winner of The Block leaked? Image: Nine Network

But, interestingly, some other prediction tools indicate they may not be the frontrunners.

Places we can see hints about the winners of The Block

The Domain Listings Challenge is one such example. If you’re not familiar, this challenge sees 100 potential buyers check out the homes on The Block and vote for their favourites. The winner of this challenge walks away with a $50,000 prize.

Ricky and Haydn were the winners of The Domain Listings Challenge, with a 29 per cent majority of the vote.

the block winners leaked 2024
Ricky and Haydn winners of The Domain Listings Challenge, The Block Image: Nine Network

Another method of predicting the winners of The Block 2024 is by looking at the points each team has accrued over the course of the season.

While Maddy and Charlotte have received multiple 10s for their rooms along the way, they actually sit in second place. Looking at points alone, house two – by Courtney and Grant – is actually the winning home.

So, by these estimations, we could see Ricky and Haydn or Courtney and Grant walk out as winners of The Block 2024.

Auction day (and the arrival of the winner of The Block 2024) will be filmed on Saturday, November 9, on Phillips Island and will screen at 7pm on Sunday, November 10. So, we’ll see which of these popular theories comes out on top then.

The Block 2024 airs on Sundays at 7pm and Mon – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.

Guy Sebastian reveals why he quit The Voice Australia

Long time The Voice Australia coach Guy Sebastian has announced that he’s quit the show and revealed the reason why.

Guy joined the popular singing show in 2019 and remained as coach until 2024. On October 30, he announced that he wouldn’t be returning for the 2025 season.

“I have some news to share with you all regarding my role as a Voice coach,” he wrote in an Instagram post.

“I have made the decision to take a break from the best red chair on the planet. It’s been six amazing years as a coach, and it’s honestly been the best gig ever! I have nothing but good things to say about the show itself, and sharing the panel with such amazing coaches has been a pleasure.”

Guy said it was a “privilege” to guide emerging Australian talent over his years on The Voice.

“The best thing about the show is how positive it is and how much care and passion goes into making it a safe place for artists.”

Why did Guy Sebastian quit The Voice?

Guy’s announcement post made it clear that there was no drama related to his decision to leave The Voice Australia.

Instead, Guy told his followers that his upcoming musical commitments would prevent him from participating in the show in 2025.

“For me right now, it’s time to focus more on my core, which is writing and performing new music,” he wrote.

“I am busy planning shows in Australia and worldwide and am really looking forward to getting out and connecting with you all there.

“For too long now, I have been reading comments from you asking when I will be visiting your town/country, and it’s high time I come and visit!”

Guy added that he’s been busy creating a new album — his last was T.R.U.T.H., released in 2020.

“I’ve worked on this upcoming album for four years, and I’ve poured everything I have into it, so I need to pay respect to that effort and the art I’ve created.”

Will Guy Sebastian return as a coach?

It sure sounds like it! Guy finished his post by teasing that he’d be interested in returning to The Voice in the future.

“Whoever has the audacity to take my chair, don’t get too comfortable… I will wrestle for it back with zero dignity when I’m ready to return,” he wrote.

“Thank you, everyone. It’s been a blast, and let’s keep supporting fresh Aussie talent – it’s some of the best in the world!”

FBoy Island’s Krystal reveals she “made the wrong decision” on the show

The 2024 season of FBoy Island Australia has come to an end, and we’ve heard updates from each of the final couples on the show. Easily one of the more interesting updates came from Krystal Thomas and Paddy Colliar, who split shortly after filming for FBoy Island wrapped.

Now, we’ve received another juicy insight into the couple’s journey off the back of Krystal’s chat with Abbie Chatfield on the It’s A Lot Podcast.

Here’s what we’ve learned and how Krystal is feeling about her FBoy Island experience now.

Why did Krystal choose Paddy on FBoy Island?

Speaking with Abbie on the podcast, Krystal revealed that she really didn’t know which of her final two men, Paddy and Doug, she was going to pick in the end.

“In that moment [during the finale], I felt like the whole world was spinning. I could see my life in two different ways, because they’re so different,” Krystal shared.

“…when it came out, I was just like, ‘Paddy’. And then, yeah, I even then said it, and I was like, ‘Oh no, but Doug?'”

She shared that, at the time, she believed she would have “a really nice life with Doug” but worried that in the long run, they may not have been able to give each other what they needed.

Krystal reveals she wishes she had chosen Doug

After reflecting on the series after the fact, Krystal shared that she cried after watching every episode.

“I had a cry after every episode. I’d cry during the episode, I’d cry after. I was like, moping around,” she said.

When Abbie asked why, Krystal responded, “Because I felt like I’d made the wrong decision.”

“I was watching it all play out, and I was like, ‘Oh my god,’ and the way Doug would look at me, I never had anyone look at me that way before. And it was a genuine love,” she explained.

Krystal then went on to share that after filming was over, she actually called Doug and tried to win him back.

“I was just like, ‘I’ve made the wrong decision. Like, I can’t believe this’. I was like, ‘I regret my decision’. I was crying.”

Then, Krystal shared that Doug who replied, “‘How could you do this to me?’ He’s like, ‘We left’ and he was like, ‘I was so heartbroken, Krystal’.”

“I was trying to get him back, and that is the realest truth, is that I was trying to get that man back because I regret my decision,” she said.

What happened with Krystal and Paddy in the end?

As we all know, Krystal and Paddy went their separate ways shortly after the show wrapped.

As Krystal shared with Abbie, she called things with him about six to eight weeks after the show ended. The reason for this, she explained, came down to different styles of communication and wanting different things from their relationship.

“A lot of mean girls”: Love Island’s Sophie Mills reveals the brutal bullying she’s experienced

Love Island Australia 2024’s Sophie Mills shared that overcoming severe bullying in high school helped her discover her newfound confidence, in an exclusive interview with Chattr.

While she may be sauntering into the villa in the highly coveted position of the first female bombshell, Sophie told Chattr that her confidence has been “way, way down” in recent years.

“I was bullied in high school. I actually didn’t even get to graduate because I was so badly bullied. I left after year 11,” she said.

“There were a lot of mean girls, jealousy, and things like that. I’ve built my way back up, being outside of school.”

Sophie said she felt immensely proud of herself for putting herself in a vulnerable position by going on Love Island Australia.

“This is something that old Sophie would never, ever do. I was a bit nervous, and it was very daunting for me to walk through those villa doors, especially by myself.

“But, I back myself more than ever because of the experience I’ve had in the past.”

Sophie. Image: Instagram.

What was Love Island’s Sophie bullied about in high school?

Sophie explained that she felt like she was never “fully accepted” in high school.

“Obviously, you have your [high school] cliques, and everybody has their little group. I never really liked that. That wasn’t my style, so I would be a floater around the grade,” she explained.

“The cool girl group — if people call them that — I was part of it, but I never was really, fully accepted,” she added.

“I didn’t consider myself to be as pretty as them or this or that, but that’s just the way they made me feel.”

Sophie said that while she wasn’t sure why some of her peers made her feel like an outcast, her mum told her it stemmed from jealousy.

“I think her opinions are biased,” Sophie laughed.

Sophie with her mum. Image: Instagram.

How Sophie’s experience with bullying has shaped her

Sophie told Chattr that after leaving high school, she learned to love herself and said her experience made her a stronger woman.

“It’s made me who I am today, and without it, I would never be the confident girl that I was when I walked through the villa doors,” she said.

The bombshell said that being through bullying had taught her to stand up for herself.

“I don’t really take shit anymore like I used to. People used to compare me to a doormat. People would tell me, ‘You literally let people walk all over you’. But, I don’t let it happen anymore.”

Good luck to Sophie! We love a strong woman, and we can’t wait to see her stand her ground in the villa.

A former reality star has been teased as The Golden Bachelor Australia lead

America’s most wholesome dating show The Golden Bachelor is coming to Australia and a former reality star has been teased as the lead.

Yep, although the The Bachelors has been axed from Aussie screens, the more, ahem, mature version is coming down under.

TV Blackbox reported that Channel Nine has added The Golden Bachelor to their schedule for 2025 — a spinoff Bachelor show that’s already proven successful overseas.

Here’s everything we know about The Golden Bachelor Australia.

Who will be the Australian Golden Bachelor?

While the lead of The Golden Bachelor Australia hasn’t been confirmed yet, there are whispers that it may be former Celebrity Apprentice Australia host Mark Bouris.

TV Blackbox reported that Mark is a potential option to be the franchise’s lead.

Mark Bouris on Celebrity Apprentice Australia. Image: Nine.

Who is the host of The Golden Bachelor Australia?

Former Sunrise host Samantha Armytage will be taking the reigns as host of The Golden Bachelor Australia.

“I think you’re all going to love this. It’s love for the golden ages,” Samantha said in a video interview with 9Entertainment.

“When I got the call to join the show, I didn’t hesitate. [The Golden Bachelor] has been huge in America, and I have a feeling it’s gonna be huge in Australia, too.”

What is The Golden Bachelor about?

The show first launched in America in 2023 and saw 72-year-old Gerry Turner, a retired restaurateur and widower, take the role of suitor.

The premise was the same as the original The Bachelor series, however, the contestants’ ages spanned from 60 to 75 years old instead.

ABC has renewed the show for another American spin-off called The Golden Bachelorette. It premieres on September 18 and stars 61-year-old Joan Vassos as the lead.

What happened during the first season of The Golden Bachelor US?

The Golden Bachelor series premiere saw Gerry end up with 71-year-old contestant Theresa Nist, who he proposed to during the finale, which aired on November 30, 2023.

The couple then tied the knot during the live televised ceremony called The Golden Wedding on January 4.

Sadly, they broke up just three months later.

“Theresa and I have had a number of heart-to-heart conversations,” Gerry said on Good Morning America in April.

“We’ve looked closely at our living situations and we’ve kind of come to the conclusion mutually that it’s time for us to dissolve our marriage.”

What happened to The Bachelors Australia?

Channel 10 confirmed in May 2024 that it would be axing both The Bachelors Australia and The Masked Singer from its lineup.

“Network 10 will be packing away the masks and roses this year, confirming that The Masked Singer and The Bachelor franchises won’t appear in its program schedule,” a spokesperson for the network said in a statement.

The Golden Bachelor Australia will air on Channel 9.

The Love Island Australia villa. Image: Nine

Nine has officially confirmed that, much like Seasons 1, 4 and 5, the 2024 iteration of Love Island Australia has been filmed in Mallorca (or Majorca), Spain.

Love Island Australia‘s cast of singles and the show’s host, Sophie Monk, jetted off to Europe in the hope they’ll find love (or something similar).

For those who are unfamiliar, Mallorca is one of Spain’s Balearic Islands that is particularly famous for its beaches and club scene. Talk about a hot escape!

The formula has mostly been the same when it comes to filming location for Love Island Australia, however, Season 2 was filmed in Fiji and Season 3 was set in Byron Bay.

Where are the Love Island Australia singles staying in 2024?

Let’s talk about the villa, shall we? Sophie Monk recently gave a tour of the monster abode that has housed many of Love Island Australia‘s young singles, and to call the villa luxurious is an understatement.

The massive villa is set with a giant pool and hot tub for getting cosy underwater; loads of comfy day beds and bean bags, a big old shared bedroom and loads of corners for couples to hide away in…

Season 6 of Love Island Australia kicked off on Aussie tellies on October 28, 2024, so if you’re keen to keep up on all the action, the time to tune in is now!

“Glad I lost”: Dessert Masters’ Katherine Sabbath on why she was happy to be eliminated

Dessert Masters 2024‘s Katherine Sabbath went into the reality show as a fan favourite but was sadly the first contestant to be eliminated.

The first elimination saw the ten contestants face off in a “smoke and mirrors” Mystery Box challenge. Reece Hignell, Donato Toce, and Katherine were in the bottom three, and the ‘cake queen’ was ultimately eliminated due to the lack of flavour in her sand castle cake.

During an exclusive interview with Chattr, Katherine shared that while she was “disappointed” to be the first person sent home, there was a silver lining to her elimination.

“I would describe it as bittersweet,” she said. “I was really upset to have gone home early, but amongst that standard and calibre of competition, it made me so proud and happy to be there.”

“I’m glad that I lost because the other contestant’s dishes were so incredible. I’m glad I lost to that level of skill because I didn’t want to get through just because my dish was okay. If I lost, I want to really lose,” she laughed.

What did Katherine Sabbath think of her Dessert master’ co-stars?

The cookbook author added that the standard of contestants on Dessert Masters 2024 is “phenomenal”, so she wasn’t shocked to be eliminated early on.

“The odds are so high of going home. So was I surprised that the competition was that good? No, but was I delighted? Yes.”

Dessert Masters’ Katherine Sabbath wanted to make her fans proud

Katherine, who boasts over 470,000 Instagram followers, said that her disappointment about being eliminated at the beginning of the competition stemmed from a sense of letting her fans down.

“It is such a disappointment to be the first one to go because I had so many other ideas and skills I wanted to show, and I wish I got the chance to do that,” she said. “But, that’s just the way the cookie crumbles, unfortunately.

Katherine on Dessert Masters. Image: Ten.

“I feel like the home baking community and like dessert enthusiasts are just the nicest people in the world. I always say home bakers are the best kinds of friends because when we make cakes we never make them for ourselves, we’re always making them for the people around us and those that we love.

“That’s why I’m I wish I had gone further because I feel like as a home baker, I had so much to show, and I wish I had brought more of those cake skills to the competition. But it’s so nice to have that support. I really appreciate it.”

While Katherine may be gone from Dessert Masters 2024, we can’t wait to see her next iconic cake pop up on Instagram.

Dessert Masters airs on Mondays at 7:30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.

Fans of The Block react to that explosive Brad and Mimi flirting saga

A flirting scandal has blown up on The Block between Brad and Kylie Baker, and fans have been flocking to social media to share their thoughts on the situation.

If you’re not yet caught up on the drama, here is a rundown of it all.

What happened with Brad and Kylie on The Block?

Nine Network

So, as fans of The Block will know, the drama began when The Block contestant Mimi Belperio visited Brad and Kylie for a drink.

What went down is that Kylie went to take a nap, and in the room nearby, Brad flirted with Mimi. Brad, in his own words, shared he said “inappropriate” things to Mimi. According to The Daily Mail, this included telling his fellow contestant that he would follow her OnlyFans.

Kylie overheard the whole incident and quickly packed up her things and left the show. In a clip shared by Nine, Kylie is seen speaking with her mother on the phone about having given Brad numerous chances before.

In a message left on Kylie’s phone for The Block, she said, “Alright, so I’m saying goodbye. I can’t be on national television having my marriage breaking down. So I’m going home, and I can’t say I’ll be returning.

“You can talk to Brad about the details, but unfortunately, I can’t do it anymore. Thank you for the opportunity, and I’m sorry I can’t stay until the end, I’m just not strong enough anymore.”

Another clip shared by Nine shows Kylie speaking with cafe staff (presumably on the set of The Block). One barista asked Kylie, “Are you done? Checked out? This is it.”

Kylie replied, “I’m just broken.”

Following this, Brad spoke with producers of The Block, admitting, “I’d very much say that I’ve just single-handedly destroyed my family.”

The major disruption comes after fellow The Block contestants Maddy and Charlotte spoke with Allan & Carly on Hit WA and alluded to something serious going down on the show.

When asked about cheating rumours, Charlotte shared, “Look, I think that will all get revealed in the next couple of weeks”.

“We don’t want to speak on it specifically because it’s people’s real lives, and we weren’t obviously there, so we don’t know full details, but, yeah, something happened, but we’re probably not the right people to speak on it,” Maddy added. You can read more about that conversation with the girls here.

How are fans of The Block reacting?

Kristian mimi the block
Kristian and Mimi. Image: Nine.

In short, you could say audiences of the show have reacted strongly. Many people have criticised Brad’s behaviour on The Block, with others sharing that they dislike Kylie regardless of how her husband has treated her.

Things online are heated, that’s for sure.

I suppose we’ll have to wait and see what happens next, but we can assume it’s going to be intense!

The Block airs on Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.

Reuben De Melo reveals the emotional reason he joined The Voice Australia 2024

The Voice Australia 2024 winner, Reuben De Melo, has revealed the touching reason he decided to audition for the singing reality show.

The 32-year-old was announced as the winner during the finale, which aired on October 27. During an exclusive interview with Chattr, he revealed that his wife, Olivia, was the reason he appeared on The Voice Australia 2024.

“My wife actually signed me up to be on the show, and the rest is history,” he said.

However, Reuben shared that there was another driving factor for him to compete in the show.

“I was a bit sceptical of the showbiz industry, but we lost a couple of mates to suicide last year, and a few of the boys would have really wanted me to give it a go as well, so it all lined up, and it turned out to be the great, really good experience,” he explained.

Reuben at The Voice grand finale

What’s next for The Voice Australia 2024’s Reuben De Melo?

For winning The Voice Australia 2024, Reuben received $100,000 prize money and a “music masterclass and industry recording development package.”

Now that the Perth-based father of three has The Voice Australia 2024 title under his belt, he’s hoping to plunge headfirst into the music industry.

“I have so many songs that I’ve got sitting in my bank right now — the song bank — and I just want some time [to release them], but hopefully, this money will allow me to get some time to get in the studio and just smash it out and put it out there,” he told Chattr.

“I’ll also be using that money towards trying to get a bit debt-free and get some breathing space with finances and family so I can actually use my time wisely and focus on my calling.”

Reuben at The Voice grand finale

Reuben De Melo on what the judges are really like

Reuben told Chattr that his coach LeAnn Rimes picked his final solo performance song, which was House Of The Rising Sun by The Animals.

“We workshopped them, and she turned out to pick the song that I really loved,” he explained.

“House of the Rising Sun was the first one I ever learned on a guitar. So she thought we’d better do a full circle and kind of end it with that song that has meaning to it as well.”

Reuben shared how grateful he was for LeAnn and said they’ll “definitely” stay in contact.

“I’ve gained a friend now, and we’ll definitely be doing stuff together as well, in terms of music,” he teased.

Reuben’s finale duet with LeAnn of Fix You by Coldplay was undoubtedly a standout of The Voice Australia 2024 finale, and he said that if he could pick any other The Voice Australia coach to sing with, it would be another one from the 2024 panel.

“If there was a coach I could do it with, it would be Guy [Sebastian],” he said, adding that he’d also like to duet with a former contestant, Letitia Butler, who was eliminated during The Voice 2024 semi-finals.

Congratulations to Reuben and we can’t wait to see what he does next!

Chrishell Stause is joining Love Triangle Season 3

Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause is confirmed to be joining Love Triangle Season 3.

The reality star will be hosting the show’s reunion, and will sit down with the 2024 contestants to unpack and reflect on the most memorable moments across the eight episodes.

“It is an honour to host the first-ever reunion special for Love Triangle. I know first-hand the drama that goes on both on and off camera in an unscripted series,” she said in a statement.

“There is so much that happens behind the scenes that audiences don’t get to witness, so I’m here to draw out those stories and encourage the cast to speak their truth and share their feelings.

“I’m also not afraid to hold people accountable for their actions – so get ready; it’s going to be one epic reunion!”

The huge news makes us even more excited about the upcoming instalment. Keep reading for everything you want to know about Love Triangle Season 3.

Which former MAFS participant is joining Love Triangle Season 3?

Daily Mail Australia has confirmed that a popular former MAFS groom will be part of the Love Triangle Season 3 cast.

While the publication didn’t reveal who the contestant was, they did slap a big old pic of Al Perkins in the middle of the article, which has us trawling his IG profile for clues.

The masthead also reported that the upcoming instalment will include a same-sex couple for the first time.

What is Love Triangle?

Love Triangle is a reality dating show from the same masterminds behind Married At First Sight (MAFS).

Singles choose someone to live with based on connecting over the phone but without having ever laid eyes on one another. Then, along the way, their relationship is challenged by bringing someone else into the fold.

“I think the format is great because modern dating through apps is a constant judgemental swipe,” Love Triangle Season 1 contestant Kyle Romaior told Chattr.

“Eliminating the visuals of dating and basing a choice from their personality changes your whole outlook on how to date after the experience.”

How to apply for Love Triangle Season 3

Love Triangle Season 3 applications are now open! You can put yourself forward for a chance at love right here.

Endemol Shine Australia’s Director of Content, Tara McWilliams, said:

“We’re looking for open-minded singles who represent the very broad dating landscape, who are ready to take a leap of faith in the pursuit of love… people from all ages and backgrounds who will bring different dating and relationship experiences to the table, anyone from divorcees to those who’ve never been in a relationship or even on date, and everything in between!”

Are any Love Triangle couples still together?

Yes! Love Triangle Season 1’s Alex Dalton and Madison Orchard are still together.

“Love Triangle threw us into a high-speed blender of relationship building,” Madison told Chattr.

“One day we’re meeting for the first time and the next we’re moving in and spending 24/7 together!”

Alex chose Madison over Bec Joy who moved in after they had already created a bond together.

“We did face a series of unexpected curveballs during filming but that only made us stronger,” Madison added.

“Fast forward over two years and it really does feel like we’ve been together for a lifetime.

“It is crazy to think how we met and think about everything we experienced together throughout filming. It really does feel like all that time in Sydney was a dream but I wouldn’t change a thing.”

No one from Love Triangle Season 2 is still together.

Love Triangle UK recently had its first season; however, no couples are still together.

How to watch Love Triangle

Love Triangle Season 3 will be available exclusively on Stan. Love Triangle Season 1 and Season 2 are also available on Stan, as well as Love Triangle UK Season 1.

Is there a Love Triangle Season 3 trailer?

Not yet! But this will be the place to find it once it’s released.

Love Triangle Season 3 air date

We don’t know the air date just yet but Season 2 came out in October. So we can expect something similar!

Who is the Love Triangle Season 3 narrator?

ella ding love triangle
Ella Ding has not yet been announced as narrator for Season 3. Image: Stan.

MAFSElla Ding narrated Love Triangle Season 2. However, it has not yet been announced if she will be back for Season 3 following the drama from her Sit With Us podcast, which she hosted with her former bestie MAFS’ Domenica Calarco.

Chattr reached out to Stan for comment.

Every season Love Triangle Australia has had slight updates to the format, and the UK version even upped the ante by putting their rejected matches under one roof.

Here’s hoping we see a bit of that for Love Triangle Australia Season 3!

Strap in, because the MAFS 2025 trailer has dropped

It’s that time of year again—the first Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 trailer has dropped, and it looks like we’re in for another wild ride.

The clip kicks off with bride Lauren Hall telling the camera that she “doesn’t really care” that a lot of people tell her she has a “resting bitch face”.

Jamie Marinos and her TV husband, Dave Thomas Hand, also seem to get off to a rocky start during the short clip.

Jamie Marinos and Dave Thomas Hand. Image: Instagram.

From there, the drama ramps up, and there isn’t a *single* romantic scene in the trailer, which is fine because who watches MAFS for the romance, anyway?

Find the MAFS 2025 trailer below — as well as everything we know about the upcoming season.

When is the Married At First Sight 2025 release date?

MAFS 2025 doesn’t have a release date just yet. However, MAFS 2024 premiered on January 29, and MAFS 2023 on 30 Jan, so we can expect the new season to drop around the same time this year.

Who’s in the MAFS 2025 cast?

Channel 9 hasn’t officially released a cast list. However, practically all of the 2025 brides and grooms have already leaked, and a fair few participants have reality TV links.

Some of the cast include The Real Love Boat Australia’s Paul Antoine, The Bachelor’s Sierah Swepstone  and Lauren, who is the ex of MAFS 2024’s Jonathan McCullough (no, not Lauren Dunn).

You can find out more about the MAFS 2025 cast here.

Is there a trailer?

There certainly is! Channel 9 shared the first MAFS 2025 teaser at their annual Upfronts event on October 24. You can watch it below.

Married At First Sight Season 12 will air on Channel 9 and 9Now in 2025.

Who is the Love Island Australia host for 2024?

Love Island Australia is airing with a whole new cast and plot twists, we are ready for the drama! But what do you know about the Love Island Australia host Sophie Monk?

She’s basically Australia’s reality TV sweetheart but she is much more than that!

But what do you know about the host of Love Island Australia, Sophie Monk?

Image: Instagram.

Who is Sophie Monk?

Sophie has been a staple in Australian reality TV since 1999. First appearing on our screens on the reality show Popstars in the girlband, Bardot.

Following the breakup of Bardot in 2001, Sophie went on to have a solo career releasing her album Calendar Girl in 2003 with the lead single, Inside Outside.

Sophie added acting to her repertoire and subsequently moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting and lived there for a decade before moving back to Australia in 2016.

She famously won all of our hearts in 2017 during Hard Chat on ABC, where host Tom Gleeson grilled her in a series of ‘tough questions’ but she ended up making him crack!

It also helped her get her cast on The Bachelorette in 2017.

Watch that interview below.

Sophie is a reality TV darling

As you already know, Sophie began her career in reality TV on Popstars but she’s been on several other popular reality TV shows.

During her time in the US, she appeared on The Choice, a dating show similar to The Voice, where celebrity judges have their backs turned to singles hoping to score a date with a famous judge.

Back Down Under, Sophie won The Celebrity Apprentice Australia in 2015. Then a few years later she was named The Bachelorette for 2017, she ended up choosing Stu Laundy as her partner, but they broke up months after the show aired.

She has also been the host of the reboot of Beauty and the Geek Australia in 2001.

Sophie has also made appearances as a contestant on The Masked Singer Australia and Lego Masters.

Image: Nine.

Sophie on Love Island Australia

Sophie was announced as the host for Love Island Australia back in 2018 and has been the host since.

This year however, rumours began swirling that she wouldn’t be back for the 2024 season.

Instead of Sophie, reports from The Daily Mail said reality TV star and influencer Skye Wheatley would be the new host.

Skye herself took to Instagram to shut down those rumours rather quickly. A fan asked Skye on Instagram Stories, “Were you supposed to be the host of Love Island?” And she responded, “No, it was click bait!!”

Is Sophie single?

No she isn’t! She is happily married to Joshua Gross who she met on a business class flight in 2018. Joshua works in neurosurgical robotics and they got secretly married in 2022.

Speaking to Who Magazine, she said, “He’s just so intelligent and he has a great sense of humour. He’s also not fazed by what I do for work and all the attention that comes with it.” So cute!

He asked her to marry him on Christmas Day in 2020 with a diamond ring he designed himself. We love, love!

This well-known presenter will host The Golden Bachelor (and no, it’s not Osher)

The new host for The Golden Bachelor Australia has been announced and it is TV presenter and broadcaster, Samantha Armytage.

Nine.com.au reported that Samantha is “delighted” to be a part of the Nine family. She was previously working for broadcast competitor Seven.

“I am so excited about this show! It has been huge in America,” she told Nine in an exclusive interview.

“I have a feeling it is going to be huge in Australia too. I think you are all going to love this. It’s love for the golden ages, it’s something we haven’t seen before. It’s very exciting!”

Samantha said when she got the call to host she “didn’t hestitate”.

“I thought, this is great, this is so new, so fresh,” she said.

“It’s a heritage brand, but we are bringing it forward into 2025. I think there is a huge audience out there for this, that is going to love it. It’s great to be a part of the Nine family.”

Rumours swirled in early September that Channel 9 was reportedly interested in Sonia Kruger as the host of their new series The Golden Bachelor Australia.

What is the Golden Bachelor about?

The series is an Australian take on the US version of the show and sees one mature bachelor date a pool of potential suitors who are generally aged 60 and up.

TV Blackbox reported that Channel 9 will be adding The Golden Bachelor to their roster in 2024 after The Bachelors was axed from Channel 10 earlier this year.

Samantha said the producers are looking for people who are “young at heart”.

“You feel like an adventure. You’re looking for some romance and you’re looking for real love. This is about finding real love,” she said.

Osher Günsberg hosted The Bachelor Australia from its inception in 2013 until it switched to The Bachelors in 2023, which he also hosted.

Applications are now open for The Golden Bachelor.

What have I seen Samantha in?

Where is Dessert Masters 2023 winner Gareth Whitton now?

Dessert Masters season two is airing on Channel 10 with a slate of new sweet savants but let’s take a moment to see what last season’s winner Gareth Whitton is up to now.

There is more to Gareth than being a Dessert Masters grand final winner. He has more than 18 years of experience as a fine-dining pastry chef, owns his own tart business and has a cookbook.

Learn more about Gareth below!

Gareth has an extensive resume

With nearly 20 years of experience under his apron, Gareth has worked in some amazing places.

For three years, he was a pastry sous chef at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. In 2018, Gareth was promoted to head pastry chef at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal.

Following that job, Gareth moved across to the viral pastry store Lune Croissanterie as its kitchen manager and development chef.

That job ended in 2020 due to Covid where he began his own tasty endeavour.

What did Gareth do with the Dessert Masters winnings?

When he won the first season of Dessert Masters, he recieved a $100,000 cash prize, but what did he do with the winnings?

Speaking with Refinery29 last year, Gareth said he used the $100,000 cash prize to invest back into the business and his mortgage. But, he also treated himself to a new bicycle!

“We’re going to offset the mortgage and reduce some of those loan repayments, just really treat ourselves,” he told the publication.

“How sobering when [you win] six figures and then you see it really chewed up through a cost of living crisis.”

Gareth has a very successful tart business

Before appearing on Dessert Masters, Gareth opened his tart business, Tarts Anon during the Covid lockdown in 2020.

It began as something to do during the lockdown but word quickly got out about how great the tarts were and his business, Tarts Anon was born.

He runs Tarts Anon with his partner Catherine Way, who is the ‘head of tart logistics’.

Gareth and his partner, Cat opened their flagship store in Cremorne in September 2021 and he now has opened a second location in Collingwood in 2022.

Image: Gareth Whitton.

Gareth has recently published a cookbook

Following the major success of Tarts Anon and winning Dessert Masters, Gareth has recently published a pastry cookbook on tarts, with the business’s namesake.

Gareth worked with his partner, Cat to produce this sweet recipe book.

In an Instagram post, he said the process of writing the book took nearly two years with many “highs and lows” in between.

“We’re over the moon-shaped-tart about the final product,” he continued.

“I have already been advised there is one typo from someone who is very good at reading, but just goes to show no AI was used in the process and although I tried to get AI to write the introduction when it all felt too hard, I’m glad I resisted in the end!”

Dessert Masters 2024 airs on October 14 on Channel 10 and 10Play.
