Official Synopsis

The Tattooist of Auschwitz is the story of one man, Lali, a Slovakian Jew, who, in 1942, is deported to Auschwitz, the concentration camp where over a million Jews were murdered during the Holocaust.

Shortly after arrival, Lali is made one of the Tätowierer (tattooists), charged to ink identification numbers onto fellow prisoners’ arms. One day, he meets Gita when tattooing her prisoner number on her arm, leading to a love that defies the horrors around them. So begins a courageous and unforgettable story. Under constant guard from a volatile Nazi SS officer Stefan Baretzki, Lali and Gita become determined to keep each other alive.

Around 60 years later, Lali now in his 80’s, meets aspiring writer Heather Morris. Recently widowed, Lali finds the courage to tell the world his story. In recounting his past to Heather, Lali finally confronts the traumatic ghosts of his youth and relives his memories of falling in love in the darkest of places.

I’m a Celeb’s Denise Drysdale doubts career would’ve taken off if she had to begin in 2024

Denise Drysdale has bid farewell to I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here 2024 jungle after being eliminated during the April 10 episode of the series.

The oldest contestant to ever enter the camp, Denise came in with a wealth of knowledge; however, soon realised that if she were to start her career in this day and age, she would struggle to get it off the ground.

“All the younger ones are into [social] media,” the 75-year-old told Chattr the morning after her elimination. “That to me is a whole new world… they sell themselves all the time and I never had to do that.”

Admitting that her fifty-plus-year career came from putting her “head down to do the job”, she was also cognisant that she had been very “lucky” in her employment.

“If I was starting now, I don’t know whether I’d have a job,” she said. “If I had to start again, I don’t think I’d cope.”

Further, the former Studio 10 alum revealed that she was in awe of Stephen K Amos — particularly when it came to his stand-up.

“I’ve never ever had to go on stage and prove myself because every time I went on, I was on telly and the audience was ready for it,” she said.

“I have come up in a generation where we were allowed to make mistakes and it’s been fantastic. I’ve been so lucky.”

The Circle season six’s new twist is easily the wildest yet

Of course, including The Spice Girl’s Emma Bunton and Mel B in The Circle season four was truly iconic, however, season six’s twist is perfectly on brand for the catfishing show.

As usual, The Circle will feature a bunch of cast members who will chat with each other through their avatars from their private rooms. However, not all of the #circlefam will be human this year.

Yup, one of the faces chatting with their fellow contestants will actually be an AI bot.

The AI bot contestants. Netflix.

Which contestant will be the AI bot?

The Circle season six cast will be introduced to Max, who’s actually an artificial intelligence chatbot but has been designed to become the most popular player in the game.

The creators of Max taught him to study past seasons and used previous competitors so that he could create the perfect profile and dialect.

“Basically, Max is social media catnip for the rest of the players, who initially have no idea that an AI bot is among them,” Netflix’s Tudum reported.

Max will be a 26-year-old veterinary intern from America’s mid-west who will have a dog in his profile pic, because, according to Max pups in pics “receive 38% more likes on social media.”

Max the chatbot. Netflix.

When does The Circle season six come out in Australia?

The brand-spanking new season will drop on Netflix in Australia on April 17, which is the same day as the US.

Unfortunately, the entire season won’t be available to binge straight away. The first four eps will drop on the premiere date, and four more will drop every Wednesday before the season finale on May 8.

The Circle season five. Netflix.

What other contestants will be in season six?

Ten other contestants will join Max for The Circle 2024, they are:

  • Kyle, 31, Miami.
  • Cassie, 29, Kentucky.
  • Brandon, 34, Ohio.
  • Quori-Tyler, 26, Los Angeles.
  • Lauren, 26, Philidelphia.
  • Carress, 37, Dallas.
  • Myle, 29, Los Angeles.
  • Steffi, 35, California.
  • Autumn, 21, Tennessee.
  • Jordan, 24, Texas.

Is there a trailer?

There sure is!

Skye Wheatley reveals her heartbreaking struggle with an eating disorder on I’m A Celebrity

Skye Wheatley has vulnerably opened up about struggling with an eating disorder when she was younger during a chat with her I’m A Celebrity campmates.

Skye told her fellow cast members that she was feeling “skinny-fat” because she’d lost weight in the jungle, but found she was losing her muscle tone too.

The influencer added that she struggled with the pressure of being in the spotlight when she was younger, and it led to her bulimia.

“I’ve had eating disorders,” she said.

Skye on I’m A Celebrity. Ten.

“When I was much younger, just the pressure, Instagram, and being in the spotlight. I felt like I had to look a certain way,” she said in the chat. “I’m a really bad binge eater. I used to do it once a week. You’d feel sick about the amount of food I was eating in one sitting.”

Skye’s campmate Brittany Hockley asked her what she’d eat when she binged.

“I think it’s my ADHD,” Skye replied “With ADHD you are always searching for that quick dopamine hit. Packets of chips, Maltesers, two-minute noodles, blocks of chocolate. Everything within one sitting. I’d finish it all off and then within one hour…”

Skye on I’m A Celebrity. Ten.

Skye’s time in the spotlight

Skye starred on Big Brother way back in 2014, and she was considered a fan favourite from the season. The then barista placed in third place, behind winner Ryan Ginns and runner-up Travis Lunardi.

The then 20-year-old was well-liked by her fellow housemates and was only nominated once in week ten alongside David Hodis and Lina Grant.

Skye on Big Brother.

At the time, she was the youngest contestant to ever appear on the franchise.

Shortly after appearing on Big Brother, Skye began carving out a career influencing. She now has over 600k Instagram followers and has worked with various big brands.

More recently, she launched her own fitness plans. Her website sells “booty plans” and recipe books. She also has a clothing brand called Good People Apparel, that she started with influencer Tori de Jong.

We know why Cassandra lost her s**t at Sara at the MAFS Reunion

One of the most polarising moments of the MAFS 2024 Reunion was when Cassandra Allen came out swinging at Sara Mesa, calling her “the nastiest person.”

Although Sara has had her misgivings throughout the season, the confrontation seemed a little strange considering Cassandra didn’t offer any examples or reasoning.

Fans have been pondering ever since about just what happened between the brides, and now we finally have answers.

Cass and Sara on MAFS
Tristan, Cassandra, Ben at MAFS Reunion. Nine.

Why did Cassandra come for Sara?

PEDESTRIAN.TV spoke to an anonymous source, who explained what actually happened between Cassandra and Sara.

“It was so uncalled for and so out of nowhere like they’d never spoken at all during the show,” the insider began.

“Cass was the only one in the show that went into the show as an influencer. She was realising her interests were boring and it wasn’t going to go anywhere and so that’s when she would start doing these things and it was so obvious to the rest of the cast.

“She just goes for Sara because she thinks she’s an easy target.”

Michael backed up Cassandra during the fight, and the source said that he too was looking to get some extra screen time.

“They were both giving ‘we need more airtime.”

Tim and Sara at the MAFS Reunion. Nine.

What happened between Sara and Cassandra at the reunion?

During Tim Calwell and Sara’s time on the couch with the experts, they touched on Sara’s cheating scandal, which is when Cassandra spoke up.

“She just lies,” Cassandra yelled at Sara from across the room. Sara instantly bit back. “That’s so f**king rude.”

However, Cassandra continued her tirade. “Everything she says is a lie. She lies to make herself look better. There’s nothing honest about her. You’ve just been playing games,” she said.

MAFS Reunion. Nine.

Sara retorted: “That’s f**king bullshit. Do you know my story? a single personal question about me?”

“Trust me, I’ve seen enough,” Cassandra replied. “She is just fake. Everything out of her mouth is fake. You just lie. Every time I talk to you you’re actually the nastiest person.”

“I never talked to you, Cass,” Sara said. “I actually never talked to you. Never have spoken a word to you. That’s bulls**t. It’s rude. I don’t know what your vendetta is or why you care so much about hating me.”

MAFS Timothy opens up about his heartbreaking time in an American max security prison

Married At First Sight groom Timothy Smith has dropped the biggest bombshell this season post-show; he spent time in a max security prison in the US.

Timothy told A Current Affair that he was sentenced to one year in a max-security prison in the US for drug smuggling, and revealed the heartbreaking consequences of his sentence.

“I was a helicopter pilot in North America that did something really stupid, and made a decision to fly marijuana across the Canadian border into the US, and got caught doing it.

Timothy’s mug shot. Nine.

“It’s something I’m not proud of. I’m definitely not proud of it, but it doesn’t define who I am and I’m not the same person I was 17 years ago.”

“That decision in 2006 keeps affecting me. Unfortunately or fortunately it shapes who I am today.”

How did Timothy become a drug smuggler?

Timothy told A Current Affair that he met a group of people at a nightclub who asked him to fly the drugs for him.

“Someone threw some money at me and said, ‘Go and take a lesson tomorrow’. I did and the instructor said I was a natural. That was the beginning of the end.

“I would take off from a little unmanned airport. I had the helicopter sorted and I’d fly up a valley and into a creek. I’d meet a 4WD (four-wheel drive) and land behind it and within a minute the helicopter would be loaded with marijuana and I’d fly south into the US.”

“It was $100,000 a trip for a couple of hours of work,” Smith said.

In 2006, Timothy found out that his mother Narree had cancer, so he flew back to Australia to see her. Once he arrived back in America US Immigration and Customs Enforcement were waiting for him in the terminal.

Timothy and his mum. Nine.

“My world changed. I was shipped off to a federal facility. No guards, four walls, 180 guys, good or bad,” Smith said.

Timothy’s mother and brother died while he was in jail

Sadly, both Timothy’s mother and brother Dave passed away during Timothy’s 12-month sentence.

“I wasn’t there when my mother and brother died. I paid the price. I pay the price every day,” he said.

Timothy and his brother. Nine.

“That’s where the sentence starts,” Timothy said. “I’m sorry for what I did. I’m sorry to everyone I hurt and I don’t want anyone to do what I did. I don’t want you to think there’s some sort of glamorous life out there, they are real consequences.”

The MAFS cast’s before and after Instagram follower counts show who the fan favs are

There are a few things that are certain when it comes to Married At First Sight; there will be weddings, there will be drama and most of the MAFS 2024 participant’s Instagram followings will see a steep rise.

This year’s contestants haven’t seen the growth previous years have, – for example, Evelyn Ellis from season nine had 65,000 followers before entering the experiment and now a year post MAFS sits at 454,000.

However, now the experiment is officially over, there are a few standout brides and grooms who have been racking up the followers. Lucinda Light is the clear winner, with a 6500+% growth, and Lauren Dunn is doing well with a 2200% growth.

Because of this exponential growth, it’s interesting to see just what the latest brides and grooms started with in week one, and how their following has grown along the way.

We finally know what the hell went down with Tim and Sara after the MAFS Reunion

Tim Calwell and Sara Mesa (somehow) made it out of Final Vows as a couple, but they didn’t make it much further!

While the fact that Tim and Sara broke up after Final Vows has been one of MAFS worst kept secrets, we haven’t actually known what happened… until now.

“We broke up a month after the Reunion,” Sara told 9Entertainment.

Tim and Sara and the MAFS Reunion Dinner Party. Nine.

“We didn’t speak for a little while after, it was hard for us both but a few months down the track we started talking again.

“We’re definitely friends now, we are very amicable. It’s been good to be on good terms because we went through this crazy ride together.”

Sara explained the reason behind her and Tim’s break up in more detail to The Wash.

“We FaceTimed everyday,” she began. “We had plans to see each other and then I heard from Jade that Tim was again going around saying some not so positive things about me and our relationship.

“I decided I wasn’t going to put up with it anymore. He chose to forgive me and move on with me. He said he was happy to be with me and saw a future together but then he was saying different things to other people.”

Tim and Sara pairing

Tim decided to join Married At First Sight after discovering his most recent girlfriend was unfaithful to him.

He’s scrubbed all evidence of her from his social media and is hoping to find true love with the woman he marries on MAFS.

According to his MAFS bio, Tim’s ideal companion is funny, emotionally stable and a great conversationalist who exudes feminine energy.

Sara was born and raised in Colombia but moved to Canada as a young child and has been living in Australia for the past eight years.

According to her Channel Nine bio, the MAFS bride is hoping to be matched with a “confident guy with good conversation, who can match her energy.”

MAFS. Nine.

Are Tim and Sara still together?

In a surprise to absolutely no one, Tim and Sara aren’t still together.

Tim was pictured out and about in Queensland with a brunette named Barbara.

The photos, which were published by Daily Mail Australia, show Tim and Barbara on a cute day out shopping for plants together. In one of the pics, Tim ironically looks over Barbara’s shoulder at her phone, and it another she plants a kiss on his cheek.

However, it appears that Tim and Sara are still on good terms. They were recently spotted out on a date night in Sydney’s Double Bay. While Sara lives in Sydney, Tim’s based in Queensland, which begs the question of what he was doing in NSW?

You can see those pics here.

Madeleine breaks her silence on why she skipped the MAFS Reunion

The gang was all back for the MAFS 2024 Reunion except for one bride; Madeleine Jevic, who also goes by Madeleine Maxwell.

While there’s been speculation that Madeleine wasn’t actually invited to the reunion, she’s debunked that theory by saying that she refused to go.

“I chose not to go to the reunion because I did not feel in alignment with the production itself,” Madeleine told Daily Mail Australia.

She added: “The production itself was something that was contradictory to what they sell Australia.”

An insider claimed production didn’t invite Madeleine

Although Madeleine has said that it was her choice to skip out on the reunion, an insider told Yahoo Lifestyle that production didn’t invite her because they felt her “unpredictability” could “derail” the whole reunion.

“Most people in production thought that Madeleine struggled with the pressures of the experiment during filming, so it felt easier not to bring her back – especially for a dinner party that was inevitably going to be an intense one from the start,” the source said.

Ash confirmed Madeleine wouldn’t be at the Reunion

Back in March, Madeleine’s on-screen husband Ash Galati confirmed that his ex-wife wouldn’t be attending the MAFS reunion.

“I come back alone which was a blessing in disguise,” he told Daily Mail Australia at the time.

“I was expecting her to come back. I followed things through till the end. I had an obligation to come back to myself, to the show, to the other couples. So I did the right thing and I showed up. But she didn’t.”

Apparently, Jade and Ridge split up right after the MAFS Reunion

The Married At First Sight reunion dedicated a solid amount of screen time to the couples who made it to Final Vows, except for Jade Pywell and Ridge Barredo.

Along with Eden Harper and Jayden Eynaud, Jade and Ridge were one of the strongest couples to come out of this year’s experiment. So, why didn’t viewers get to see their couch session with the experts?

Well, it turns out that Jade and Ridge actually had a massive falling out the night before the episode was filmed, and went on to break up in the weeks after filming the reunion.

“Producers knew they were in the middle of a fight but it made no sense to bring that onto the show, so they were told to smile and fake it for the sake of giving viewers a happy ending,” an insider told Yahoo Lifestyle Australia.

However, Jade and Ridge have since gotten back together since their temporary split, and are still loved up.

Jack had explosive scenes edited out of the reunion

It wasn’t just Ridge and Jade who missed out on screen time at the reunion, viewers were also perplexed that Jack Dunkley and Tori Adams didn’t feature as much as usual.

Apparently, Jack had an explosive scene at the Reunion where he accused Lauren of having a secret Bali boyfriend, but it was edited out.

The participants at the MAFS Reunion. Nine.

“When Lauren was raging at Jono and Ellie, Jack started accusing Lauren of cheating throughout the experiment by having a secret boyfriend in Bali,” a source told the same publication.

“Lauren denied this, Jack had no evidence to back these claims up and producers cut the whole thing from the edit as it’d make no sense to viewers. Even as the cast sat down with the experts the day after, Jack was still talking about this and trying to ruin Lauren’s reputation.”

From romance to heartbreak: Reliving Leah’s iconic Home and Away weddings and marriages

Ada Nicodemou is set to walk down the aisle as Leah Patterson on Home and Away when her character marries Justin (James Stewart) in a glamorous wedding at the Bay.

For Ada, who has starred in the soap since 2000 (yup, over 24 years), a wedding is no strange feat, given Leah has been married three times before — however, the marriages have all ended in disaster.

Back in September 2023, James told Chattr that Leah’s nickname had become the “Black Widow”.

“Justin sat her down and said, ‘Right. Three husbands died and two [of those] husbands bailed. What’s going on here?'” he joked. “When we were filming in Taree and Leah asked Justin ‘Will You Marry Me’, I wanted to say, ‘But all your husbands die!'”

In celebration of the fictional April 9 nuptials and in the hopes Justin becomes the happily ever after she is looking for, join us as we take a look back at Leah’s past weddings and marriages.

Vinnie (Ryan Kwanten) and Leah (Ada Nicodemou), Home and Away. Seven

Arguably the most iconic of Leah’s marriages up until now, Leah married Vinnie played by Ryan Kwanten in March 2001.

The wedding combined Leah’s Greek heritage with Vinnie’s Scottish heritage and coincidentally was the first marriage of any kind, Ada had partaken in. The couple — who were a fan fave at the time — also welcomed son VJ, who will be making an appearance during the 2024 wedding.

Unfortunately, Vinnie and Leah were cruelly ripped apart when Vinnie was jailed for fraud. To add to their woes, in the 2002 season finale, Leah was told that Vinnie had been killed in a prison fire, only to actually be alive and living in witness protection.

When Vinnie finally reemerged — disguised as a giant teddy bear at VJ’s birthday party — Leah had already moved on with Dan Baker (Tim Campbell), so Vinnie left a note saying he would always love them.

In July 2005, Leah married Dan and while they made it down their aisle, Dan’s fate was sealed.

While she’s had her moments with Justin over the past few months, she also had a bit of a “will they, won’t they” with Dan, when wedding nerves got the better of her.

Finally, after saying “I do”, Dan then moved to America for work with Leah set to join him, however, Dan was killed in an abseiling accident and she was left widowed.

Leah and Zac Macguire (2014)

Zac (Charlie Clausen) and Leah, Home and Away. Seven

After becoming briefly engaged to Reverend Elijah Johnson (Jay Laga’aia) in 2010 and other smaller love affairs, Leah eventually found love with school teacher Zac, played by Charlie Clausen.

Despite their best efforts to keep the budding romance under wraps, the couple became the talk of the town when a swift snap of their classroom kiss started making rounds. Zac, swept up in the romance of it all, made a grand gesture with a beachside proposal that Leah declined amidst an audience of onlookers.

Even though she had declined, a more intimate proposal at home was met with a resounding ‘yes’ from Leah, but their happily-ever-after was not to be.

The marriage crumbled beneath the weight of betrayal when Zac’s past caught up with him, leading to heartache for Leah and a subsequent divorce after his affair with a former lover came to light.

Eventually, Zac bid adieu to Summer Bay, setting off for new horizons in Vietnam.

Fans were left with so many questions after MAFS’ Cassandra’s savage outburst at Sara

As expected, chaos ensued on the Married at First Sight 2024 Finale, however, a lot of the drama came from an unlikely culprit, Cassandra Allen.

During Tim Calwell and Sara Mesa’s time on the couch with the experts, they touched on Sara’s cheating scandal, which is when Cassandra decided to pipe up.

Tim and Sara.

Tristan and Cassandra. Nine.

Why did Cassandra come for Sara?

While MAFS fans are known to love a bit of drama, many were left confused about why Cassandra came for Sara at that moment.

“Pressure should be on Cassandra to put some evidence or she should STFU,” one person tweeted.

In an interview with Chattr in February, Cassandra opened up about her lack of friendship with Sara.

“I was very grateful for Lucinda and Andrea, and then Michael comes along and he’s just beautiful and we connected instantly,” she said.

She said that she wasn’t drawn to some of the other brides, which with Lucinda and Andrea removed, leaves Tori, Sara, Lauren, Eden, Natalie and Ellie.

Tori, Lauren, Eden and Sara. Nine.

“The others, I was like, ‘Look, I’m just gonna let them do their thing, they’re not really the same energy and frequency that I’m on. I know who my people are. I’m just gonna kind of go that way.’

“I’m not one to go running into the drama and all that sort of stuff. So I was just like, ‘They do what they need to do. I’m happy over here.’”

Fans’ reactions to the Sara vs Cassandra show-down

Some viewers applauded Cassandra’s courage to stand up to Sarah, however, others wished that Cassandra had explained her reasoning behind the confrontation.

“Me and Jono had words”: Lauren reveals what went on behind the scenes at the MAFS Reunion

The Married At First Sight 2024 Reunion Dinner Party was one of the most shocking to ever come out of the franchise; largely because Lauren Dunn was left blindsided when her ex Jono McCullough entered with fellow bride Ellie Dix.

Viewers were stunned to see Ellie and Jono giggle at Lauren’s heartbreak, but the MAFS bride has since revealed that more drama went down than what was shown on TV.

Lauren told PEDESTRIAN.TV. that although she was hurt but Ellie and Jonathan’s decision to come to the Reunion Dinner Party together, she actually made up with her ex at the event.

“I felt like an absolute idiot when they walked in,” Lauren said.

Ellie and Jonathan. Nine.

“After that all happened, and me and Jono had words, we actually had a good night together,” she told P.TV, just after the trailer came out.

“Every time you see them laughing, it’s because of me. Like Jono and Ellie were in stitches laughing all night because I was making them laugh because I’m funny. I don’t think they’ve laughed that much together so when they finally get to see me they were having a laugh.

“The trailer made it a little bit more sinister but we actually all end up having a good night and we actually could talk about that with the experts on the couch the next day.”

Ellie and Jonathan. Nine.

Other cast mates knew that Ellie and Jonathan were together

Viewers watched as Tori told Lauren at a Commitment Ceremony that Jono had been messaging Ellie behind his wife’s back.

Then, at the Final Vows, Lauren dumped Jonathan and mentioned that she believes Jonathan and Ellie are interested in progressing their relationship.

However, going into the finale, Lauren appeared to have no clue that Ellie and Jonathan had been quietly dating in the time between Final Vows and the event.

Lauren. Nine.

“Then when they had the support of the group, besides like Timothy and Sarah, so blatantly rubbing it in front of my face, I was quite embarrassed,” Lauren said.

“I’m annoyed because I’ve since found out that the majority of the cast knew about it and not one single person thought they should just send me a text and maybe let me know that this was happening,” she explained.

“I knew they were going to be together, my gut told me that but no one told me, not even them. Jono didn’t even slip me a text to give me the heads-up.”

Leah and Justin’s Home and Away wedding will be one for the ages, here’s everything you need to know

Summer Bay will be filled with love this week as Leah and Justin walk down the aisle for Home and Away’s wedding of the year.

It will be Leah’s (Ada Nicodemou) third time getting married, and she told Perth Now that, unlike her previous marriages, this one won’t be drama filled.

“It’s actually just really lovely, and all about their love.”

While Leah and Justin’s relationship has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs over the past five years, their wedding is set to be everything a bride dreams of.

Ada told the publication that she asked writers to give viewers a happy ending for the popular couple.

“When they [the writers] were suggesting that Leah and Justin get married, I did ask for that,” she admits.

“I said, ‘Oh please, can it just be nice? She has been through so much!’

“And also, I think the audience just really want to see a happy ending … we all thought it would be really nice to just see a couple who love each other, and celebrate that — and have a pretty wedding.”

All the details of Ella Ding’s surprise wedding including where she got THAT adorable dress from

Two years on from her Married At First Sight Final Vows, Ella Ding has officially tied the knot with her partner Guy Palermo.

The couple got engaged in February while they were on a jog around a local park. Ella managed to put together the wedding in record time, and she and Guy said “I do” on April 6th, 2024.

However, the wedding came as a massive surprise to Ella’s friends, including former MAFS bride Domenica Calarco. Ella and Guy eloped at a church, then she held a party for her 30th at night, which is where she told her loved ones that she’d actually gotten married.

Ella’s dress

Ella donned an adorable wedding dress for her ceremony that she found online.

“A dress I found from Google, bow / veil from ASOS and a team who created a vision that exceeded expectations,” she explained on Instagram.

We did a little further digging and found the dress, which was altered into a mini. The dress is by the brand Self Portrait and cost £380, which is approximately $730 AUD.

Ella and Guy’s vows

Ella shared the marriage reveal video that she played for her friends and family at her 30th birthday party. The clip includes the beautiful vows that Ella and Guy exchanged at the ceremony.

“I believe every experience we have been through in life has prepared us to be ready for where we are now,” she began.

“Guy you are my best friend and I love you so much. Thank you for choosing me and what I come with, quirks and all.

“I can’t wait to do the rest of my life with you.”

Guy’s vows were equally as sweet.

“You’re the single most beautiful person in the world to me every single day,” he said. “You’re my best friend, my confidant and my life partner and I’ll always feel blessed to have you by my side. I love you.”

A body language expert believes that MAFS’ Lauren knew about Ellie and Jonathan’s relationship

Jonathan and Ellie shocked the nation when they breezed into the MAFS Reunion Dinner Party together, but a body language expert believes that Lauren knew about her ex’s new relationship.

Jonathan, who was married to Lauren during the experiment, entered the dinner party hand in hand with his new girlfriend. The group were shocked to see them as a couple and made it clear that they weren’t aware that the two were dating.

However, Combined Communications Specialist and Body Language Expert Scott Taylor, told Chattr that Lauren’s body language suggested that she knew that Ellie and Jonathan were coming together.

Ellie and Jonathan at the MAFS Dinner Party. Nine.

“When Ellie and John walked in Lauren looked twice and there was no flash of surprise at all. She already knew,” he said.

“Lauren had lip compression even before they came in so I’d guess she even knew they were next in “

Scott added that there were indications from other cast members that showed that they knew about the controversial new couple.

“Michael saying Jono and Ellie were last [to the Dinner Party] also indicates they knew the order (no mention Madeleine for example).

When did Ellie and Jonathan start their relationship?

As viewers already know, Jonathan was messaging Ellie during the experiment, when he was still partnered with Lauren.

Scott believes that nothing because physical between Ellie and Jonathan until after they’d broken up with their partners, which he says helped to relieve the guilt they felt.

“Johnathan said they only really connected a week after the final vows he didn’t change vocal infection or cadence,” he explained. “I believe he has mentally reconciled it as he wasn’t physical with Ellie till then, it wasn’t inappropriate.”

Scott also observed Ellie and Jonathan’s body language as they were driving to the Reunion Dinner Party.

“In the car Johno had his legs spread out, confident people take space,” he said. “I also noticed Ellie was angled and leaning into him and even had her head tilted showing more vulnerability and openness.”
