It’s episode 30 of The Block 2023 and forget about building, all anyone can talk about is the dramatic fallout between Kristy and Brett and Eliza and Liberty at Scotty’s HQ.
With the house divide at an all-time high, Eliza and Liberty are sick of Kristy’s s**t, while Kristy could not GAF, saying that Eliza has now shown her true colours. Charming.
In a truly wonderful turn of events, Leah is having a truly emotional start to the week, questioning whether her friendship with Kristy will have a negative impact on her and Ash’s experience on TheBlock. In fact, she is worried she will be guilty by association. Too late.
Eliza and Liberty. Nine
Meanwhile, the Blockheads get to work on the master bedroom ensuite and Eliza and Liberty have welcomed their new building team, Robbie and Chris.
The Domain Listing Challenge announcement
Scotty and Alice Stolz from Domain are welcomed to Charming St to announce that it’s Domain Listing challenge time and I am here to announce… that this challenge is literally, the only one that has ever helped them.
Not only do they have to create a Domain listing for the website of their house, but they will also introduce 100 buyers to check out – and most importantly judge – all the rooms they have completed so far.
The prize? A Block record of $50,000 dollars.
The Block cast. Nine
The drama continues to be the only thing that anyone cares about
After winning the kitchen and laundry room reveal, Eliza and Liberty go for their getaway with Scotty as usual, he’s only interested in the juicy gossip.
Meanwhile, as the Blockheads get ready for the challenge, the drama between Kristy and Brett and Leah and Ash – and also Eliza and Liberty – is all anyone can talk about.

With just four finalists remaining, it’s crunch time on The Voice Australia, and it’s up to the Australian public to decide who will be crowned the winner.
Coaches Jason Derulo, Guy Sebastian, Rita Ora and Jess Mauboy all have one artist remaining on their teams, so it’s an even playing field for both the contestants and their mentors.
The winner will be decided by public vote, and fans can get involved by SMSing their favourite artist’s name to 0417 779 677.
Kristy shocked viewers after wearing a MAGA (Make America Great Again) inspired hat on The Block with a slogan that read ‘Make The Block Great Again’.
The MAGA hat is closely linked to Donald Trump‘s Presidency campaign and both the former leader and his supporters regularly don the red headwear.
Throughout the current season of The Block, Kristy has been considered somewhat of a villain. However, her latest fashion choice, which she proudly paraded in episode 29, has left a bad taste in many viewers’ mouths, with some of them expressing their distaste on Twitter.
Go & live in the Florida swamplands Kristy & Brett. You will be among your kind. Trump supporters that soak up any conspiracy & are bitter & negative. You look like absolute twats. Leah has woken up to it too. Go girls your kitchen was the best. Scotty needs to speak up #theblock
Just trying to understand the thinking behind the red hats. How long ago did they organise them? What point did they think it would prove? Cause 1000% it wasn’t received that way they planned #TheBlock@TheBlock

Tarryn was chosen to go straight through to the Grand Final.

It’s episode 29 of The Block and time for the Kitchen and Laundry reveals — a.k.a the glaringly obvious product placement that is the “Kinsman Kitchens”….
But before we see how our Blockheads did this week, here’s what happened during the episode.
24 hours until tools down
With 24 hours until “tools down”, the usual last-minute chaos was cranked up a few thousand notches.
Even though they’re the ones who are living in utter disarray, Eliza and Liberty are actually in a really good place with their build this week, but they have a tough decision to make regarding their builders.
Nine
The pair sit down with their inconsistent builder Mark and his team and they voice their concerns. After telling them that they’re thinking about getting a new team, Mark convinces them to have another think about it. Basically, they’ve come this far with the madness, so they may as well stick with it…
Scotty; however, has had enough and intervenes, telling the girls they have to make the tough decision and break up with their builders. When they deliver the news, the boys are less than thrilled, saying they want to finish the job.
Nine
While Mark and his team are fantastic builders, they’re just not the right fit for the Chaos Kweens and so after the goodbyes, it is revealed the new team will start on Monday.
The Blockheads then work all through the night to deliver some stunning spaces, before heading to Scotty’s HQ for a drama-filled night of judging. YAY!
The judging drama
The judging (see below) saw Eliza and Liberty and Kristy and Brett, go head-to-head before the sisters revealed they had a secret gnome — ya know, the one they won during the cursed break dancing challenge.
As expected, Kristy and Brett were fumin’ because they are seriously sore losers, feeling that it reiterated the fact that the sisters had been getting special treatment. Of course, Leah jumped on the bandwagon, but Ash couldn’t give two sh**s.
Nine
After the judging was complete, Eliza was furious at Kristy and Bretty as they didn’t congratulate her. She then confronted Kristy, calling her out, saying they didn’t get special treatment.
Kristy could not get over the audacity of Eliza and was still adamant they were being favoured before Eliza later explained she was sick of Kristy’s s**t.
Room Reveals
Kyle and Leslie – $$33,740
Shaynna says the space feels “sexy,” with the ceilings and the curves a real hit.
Neale Whitaker, who is back on The Block this week, agreed, saying he could really see Kyle and Leslie’s vision coming to life.
While the kitchen and laundry were very functional with plenty of storage; the judges felt the floor plan of the Butler’s pantry was wrong.
Leah and Ash – $22,083
Neale loved the materials used in the kitchen, even though there were a lot of different ones used.
While Darren was initially “besotted” by the kitchen, the judges had huge issues with the smaller size of the island bench and the placement of the sink.
They loved the Butler’s pantry but questioned whether they really needed it and when it came to the laundry, there were concerns you had to walk through the bathroom to get to it.
Kristy and Brett – $29,878
The judges were impressed by the burgundy bench top and loved that the rest of Kristy and Brett’s kitchen was all white, calling it sleek, modern and contemporary.
While they had issues with the size of the dining table, dining chairs and island bench chairs, they were still impressed.
As for the laundry? It was very well done and functional.
Steph and Gian – $25,304
The judges frothed over the Japandi style saying it was “incredible” and looked amazing.
While it was perfect for Instagram, they questioned whether it was functional. They felt the biggest issue was having to cook on the Island bench.
While they liked the Butler’s kitchen, they thought the whole space had functionality issues; however, their laundry was very well received.
Eliza and Liberty – $23,669
The judges loved the bold choice of the orange oven and had a lot of positives to say about the space.
Darren praised the girls for being the only team to get the size of the island bench right and the judges all thought it had impressive storage in both the kitchen and the laundry.
It was the best space the sisters have delivered yet.

Olympic swimmer Emily Seebohm and MAFS groom Ryan Gallagher found love when they competed on The Challenge Australia together.
The couple hard launched their relationship in December 2022, and they announced their engagement in March this year. Now, they’ve checked off another milestone with the happy news that they’ve welcomed their first child, a boy called Sampson.
Ryan penned a sweet post about his son’s birth on Instagram.
“The last 10 days have been the best of my life to date, Sampson Ryan Seebohm has changed our lives and we bloody love him he’s perfect,” he wrote alongside a photo of him holding his son.
Emily shared a black-and-white photo of an adult holding holding a baby’s hand and captioned it, “He’s here.”
Emily announced her pregnancy in July via Instagram. “We’ve had a little bump in the road,” she captioned a short clip of her and Ryan hugging each other after exposing her pregnant belly.
It’s no secret that Leah and Kristy haven’t exactly bonded with Steph on The Block 2023.
The two women have consistently criticised Steph and talked about her behind her back. However, things came to a head recently when Kristy admitted to purposely messing with Steph in an effort to waste Steph’s time and resources.
Although Leah and Kristy have banded together on this season, and even been dubbed the “mean girls” on social media, Leah has spoken out against Kristy’s actions towards Steph.
“I did not know Kristy actively had a plan to mess with Steph,” Leah told Woman’s Day.
“I don’t know if this was a discussed joke or a serious gameplay for Kristy. If it was serious, then I do hope Kristy took some time to admit and discuss this with Steph.”
The Block. Nine.
How did Kristy mess with Steph?
Kristy suggested that Steph add beams to her master bedroom ceiling, even though she knew they’d clash with the downstairs beams.
“Steph is very easy to get into her head. I can easily suggest something as a throwaway comment and it will eat her away and I did that,” she said, before encouraging Steph to raise her ceiling and install the beams.
“Let’s not forget that this is a game and if anyone doesn’t think it wasn’t a game plan to be friendly at the beginning, they’re underestimating us.”
“If she thinks you have a genuine relationship with her, she’d be stupid,” Brett laughed to his wife. “Like, if she believes it. Because you’re clearly messing with her.”
Kristy then admitted to the producers that she was purposely trying to waste Steph’s time and resources.
The Block. Nine.
Leah and Kristy disliked Steph since the start
Leah told TV Week that she instantly felt unsure about Steph.
“From the start, I couldn’t trust Steph,” Leah said. “My first impression of her was really iffy.”
“I couldn’t shake the feeling, so I questioned everything she did,” she continued.
Kristy backed up her friend and co star and said she felt the same way.
“Steph wanted to portray herself a certain way for the cameras,” Kristy, 34, says.
“I was very big on Brett and me being the same on and off camera – it was important for us to be true to ourselves. I do believe House Two (Leah and Ash) were also real.”
The Block 2023 airs on Sunday at 7:00 p.m. and continues on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. on Channel 9 and 9Now.
The fourth and final season of Sex Education has been released, and along with it came a hilarious trailer looking back on the most memorable moments from the Mooredale locals.
The celebratory trailer is equal parts funny and tear-inducing. As Otis says, “Sometimes growing up means saying goodbye.”
After a bevvy of cast members announced their exit from the show, it was formally revealed that the fourth season would be the last.
So, as we farewell this kooky — and highly educational — show, here’s everything you need to know about season four!
What will happen in Season Four of Sex Education?
Following the closure of Moordale Secondary, Otis and Eric now face a new frontier – their first day at Cavendish Sixth Form College.
Otis is nervous about setting up his new clinic, whilst Eric is praying they won’t be losers again. But Cavendish is a culture shock for all the Moordale students – they thought they were progressive but this new college is another level.
Asa Butterfield. Netflix
There’s daily yoga in the communal garden, a strong sustainability vibe and a group of kids who are popular for being… kind?! Viv is totally thrown by the college’s student-led, non-competitive approach, while Jackson is still struggling to get over Cal.
Aimee tries something new by taking an Art A-Level and Adam grapples with whether mainstream education is for him.
Over in the US, Maeve is living her dream at the prestigious Wallace University, being taught by cult author Thomas Molloy. Otis is pining after her, whilst adjusting to not being an only child at home, or the only therapist on campus…
When is it being released?
Sex Education is “coming” on Netflix on September 21, 2023.

And, while some of them are harder to guess than others, fans are certain that they’ve cracked the code to at least a few of the mystery identities.

Like Cow Girl, Bouncer has many fans convinced that they know exactly who’s behind the mask. The general consensus is that it’s Firestone singer Conrad Sewell.
“That’s definitely Conrad Sewell,” one Instagram user commented, while another penned: “I swear this one is Conrad Sewell”.
A third wrote: “Ok, if it’s not Conrad Sewel, I’ll need to get my hearing checked.”
While the comment section on The Masked Singer Australia’s Instagram account has mixed reviews about who Space Fairy could be, a handful of people are sure that it’s Tones and I.
“My kids: That’s definitely Tones and I,” One person commented.

“Leave me alone please,” he says before the crew asks if he’s “trying to find something”.
“I’m not trying to find something. I’m trying to find some space from you (BEEP) in the morning. Every f**king morning. Go and harass someone else, for f**k’s sake.” he says. Charming.

Scotty and Shelley’s walkaround
It’s also Wednesday (well Friday on The Block) which means it’s time for Scotty and Shelley to do their walkaround.
While last week they were more interested in the tea, this week, there are serious budget chats, especially for Kyle and Leslie.
Scotty is concerned about their budget, saying they have to try and win some rooms and challenges to get back on track.
Meanwhile, Shelley is disgusted over the state of Ash and Leah’s living room, saying that they need to clean it up, otherwise, they will cause permanent damage.
“It looks like a bomb site in there,” she tells them. “That is not cool, at all.”

Darren Palmer then awards Eliza and Liberty, Leah and Ash and Kristy and Brett the win which includes a cool $10,000.
In celebration, Eliza thinks it’s a good time to go and get her nails done while Liberty is back at Charming St painting. By the time she gets back — after three hours — Liberty is fumin’ and describes Eliza as “selfish”, accusing her of not working hard enough or taking The Block seriously.
Tensions are seriously brewing as the kitchens are about to be unveiled!

Xavier Molyneaux may be the man cuddling up to Mischa Barton on the Neighbours revival, but it’s not his first rodeo on TV.
Back in 2020, Molyneaux competed on the 12th series of Big Brother Australia at age 22. He came 9th on the season and was evicted after 30 days in the BB house.
Big Brother was Molyneaux’s first time on TV. The now 25-year-old went on to score roles in short films Girl and Aussie of the Year, as well as Take My Hand. However, Neighbours is his first big role.

“She’s [Reece Sinclair] very mysterious,” she told Sky News of her character. “You don’t really know why she’s there at first and then it turns out there is a lot more to her being there than originally meets the eye. So it’s not quite straightforward.”

Danny Dyer warned fans that the premise of the show is dark
Heat is Dyer’s first acting gig since leaving his iconic role as Mick Carter on EastEnders in 2022.
During an interview on UK show This Morning to promote the new drama, Dyer warned fans that they may struggle to cope with the heaviness of the content in Heat.
“It’s a nutty bit of work,” he told the host.
“I got this script and I read it and thought [exasperated exhale]. This is just… I’m going to be straight, I’m here to promote it but, if you don’t like dark things, don’t go near it.
“It’s dark. It’s so dark – I was thinking “Can they put this on the telly?” He added.

Danielle Laidley has been open about the struggle she’s faced maintaining a relationship with her kids Molly, Brooke and Kane following her transition to becoming a woman.
In an interview withMediaweek and Chattr’s The Entertainment Hotline podcast, ahead of the release of her Stan Original Documentary Revealed: Danielle Laidley: Two Tribes, she said that she currently has a good relationship with her son Kane; however, it’s still “a work in progress” with the others.
“To be honest, there’s still a considerable amount of work to do with two of my children,” she said.
“My son, who was there when it all happened, he organised so much stuff and stood beside me. And through media barrage stood strong, and stood by my side. So I’m very, very grateful.”
Danielle’s relationship with children Brooke and Molly
Laidley shared that her relationship with Brooke and Molly, who she shares with ex-wife Joanne Laidley, is strained.
She lamented that the damage is related to the downward spiral she went through prior to being publicly outed as a trans woman by a leaked mug shot.
“One’s a little bit older than Kane, and my youngest daughter is only just 24 now. So take it back four years ago, if you’re 20 or 21, and that gets plastered on papers, and how I was acting at the time before that really made for a hard time with their relationship.
“But, before that, it was gold. I loved it. I spent most days with my kids and had a great relationship our them. So, hopefully, one day. It will be in their own time.”
The former AFL player has shared that she holds on to a glimmer of hope that her family will eventually be reunited and spend special occasions together.
“I just keep working on myself to be the best person that I can. So when they’re ready in their own time [to build a relationship again].”
“One day we’ll [hopefully] be sitting around the Christmas dinner table with both [my partner] Donna and I, all our kids, and our grandkids. That would be pretty much a utopia for us.”
