The Golden Globes 2025 Awards ceremony is kicking off the year with a bang, and we’ve got all the details on how to watch it in Australia.

The prestigious awards usually give insight into which actors and movies will sweep up gongs galore in 2025.

When will the 2025 Golden Globes air?

The 2025 Golden Globes will be available to watch live on Channel 10 and 10Play. The ceremony airs on Monday, January 6 at 11am AEDT — which is the same time as the US.

An encore screening will also be available to stream from 4:30pm AEST on 10Play, as well as Paramount+ from 7pm AEST.

Who’s hosting the ceremony?

American comedian and former FBoy Island US host Nikki Glaser has taken on the role. She will make history as the first solo woman to host the ceremony.

Who’s nominated?

Narco-thriller musical Emilia Pérez—which stars Selena Gomez— is up for a whopping 10 awards. We’ve got our fingers crossed that Selena will spill some more Golden Globe goss this year.

Drama-history film The Brutalist has the second highest amount of noms with seven.

The headline-dominating musical Wicked is up for three awards. Ryan Murphy’s Netflix series Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story is also up for three awards.

Meanwhile, Nicole Kidman is up for Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama for Babygirl, and Timothée Chalamet is up for Best Actor in the same category for A Complete Unknown.
