The country’s most self-aware reality show FBoy Island Australia is coming back for season two.
Abbie Chatfield, who hosts the series, confirmed that it was officially returning for its sophomore season on Instagram.
“IT’S F***ING BACK! @fboyislandaustralia Season 2 is OFFICIALLY HAPPENING! I am so beyond thrilled. This show was incredible to make, and the finished product was even better. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for Season 2. Casting is open now at fboyislandcasting.com.au,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself in the hosting role.
“Tag FBOYs, Nice Guys and iconic Lead Women that you think should apply!” The post continued.
Former lead Molly O’Halloran jumped into the comments section to celebrate the exciting news. “Fuck yeah! Let’s get those boys ð¥ â¤ï¸ ,” she wrote.
Season one contestant Darcy Looker also threw his two cents in.
“One of the better things I’ve done in my life, good luck ladies and gents. Learn from my mistakes and don’t toss the Nugs too fellas,” he wrote on the post.
TV personality Carla from Bankstown even expressed her interest in being a guest judge on the show.
“F*** YES GRONKS!!!!!!!! can’t wait to b a guest judge [sic],” she wrote.
When will FBoy Island season two air?
FBoy Island Australia’s renewal for season two has only just been announced, so there’s no air date yet, but stay tuned!
How to apply for FBoy Island Australia season 2?
Applications are already open for FBoy Island Australia season two, and those interested in taking part can apply here.
At the top of the page, there’s a tab for women’s applications or men’s applications. The link goes through to a page where those interested can fill out a form.
Potential applicants will need to upload two photos of themselves too; one that’s a clear recent photo of themselves and a head-to-toe photo that shows “your whole body and face together in one photo”.
