Ah, FBoy Island Australia. The absurd yet self-aware dating show that sees 12 self-proclaimed Nice Guys and 12 FBoys duke it out for the affections of three single women. In the 2024 season of FBoy Island Australia, we’ve watched as Ally Woodfall, Nicole Mitrov and The Bachelor alumni Krystal Thomas try and find love – and on Monday’s finale, we’ll find out if they have.
Yep, the finale for the 2024 season is almost here; where we’ll watch the women make their final decisions and, in the process, discover whether they’ve chosen a nice guy who will split the $50,000 cash prize with them or — even more grim — if they’ve picked an FBoy who will walk away with the whole prize money.
Host Abbie Chatfield has spoken about Monday’s finale and, well, things are looking chaotic, to say the least.
“The finale is mental,” Abbie tells Chattr.
She also hints that there are many surprises in store that even the producers weren’t in the know about.
“We were filming for two or three hours because things kept happening, and the contestants kept doing things that weren’t known by producers. I think they were trying to be smart and be, like, sneaky,” she says.
The 2024 season of FBoy Island Australia has already caused quite a stir. One of the biggest talking points has been Ally’s relationship with Joe – a certified Andrew Tate lover and FKA ‘the hot one’ – with concerns that she’s had a bit too much tunnel vision for the bloke.
Abbie says that while the finale drama wasn’t predicted, it’s made the episode even better.
“It made for better TV because we didn’t know what was happening,” she continues. “It was chaos. It was absolute chaos.”
“I was exhausted, and I was saying, ‘Guys, I love the drama, but like, how many more things could there possibly be?!'” she said. “It was actually wild.”

When is the FBoy Island Australia 2024 finale?
The FBoy Island Australia finale for 2024 will kick off on our screens on Monday, September 30. The episode will drop at 12pm over on BINGE – so maybe it’s time to chuck a strategic sickie from work.
Who is in the FBoy Island Australia finale?
After weeks of fun summer lovin’, the three women have finally whittled the 24 men down to 6 contenders.
Ex-contestant on The Bachelor, Krystal, has her final picks locked in, including Doug and Paddy, who was also seen in The Bachelor universe. Krystal follows both men on her Instagram still, so while we can’t predict which way the finale will go with her, it all sounds like they’re still mates.
Meanwhile, Nicole has chosen Nathan and Jack as her top two. While her connection with Jack has been there since day-dot, the decision to keep Nathan – the first openly gay FBoy – is an interesting one, considering there’s clearly not a romantic connection between the two of them. But who knows? It could be an easy way to split the $50k.
Ally has – perhaps unsurprisingly – picked Joe and Chad for her final two. Since episode one, Ally has had her sights set on Joe despite what fans consider several red flags. Now, there’s speculation that in the finale, she’ll choose Joe, and he’ll run off with the cash in true FBoy behaviour.
While the speculations aren’t confirmed, her ex Vernon Lyon (who was on season one of the show), told So Dramatic! that her season “doesn’t end well”. Uh oh.
What happens during the finale?
During the finale, the women will carefully consider which guy to choose and discover whether their top pick is a Nice Guy or an FBoy and, consequentially, whether they’ll walk away with any cash.
While we don’t know exactly what will go down in the 2024 finale, the 2023 finale spills some clues for what we might expect.
During the 2023 finale, the eliminated boys came back to the villa to dish the dirt on all the remaining guys in an effort to help the women’s decision-making. After the roasting, the women set off on some 24-hour dates with their remaining dudes.
Then, it’ll be time for the final choices, with each of the women choosing their final picks, discovering their status for the first time, and finding out whether they’ll walk away splitting the $50,000 prize money or, alternatively, walk away with absolutely nada with an FBoy taking the whole prize.
After the finale airs, you can find out which Fboy Island couples are still together here.
FBoy Island Australia streams Mondays on BINGE.
