Alisha began her baking career at 19 and is a self-taught cook. Her style is inspired by Milk Bar’s Christina Tosi and is known for its vibrant, cheerful presentation.

Her You Don’t Make Friends With Salad carrot cake is just one example of that. Shaped to resemble a head of lettuce, the cake featured unique flavours like white chocolate, corn mousse, and carrot marmalade.
