Meet the confirmed Australian Survivor: Australia v The World cast — and the leaked players

Channel 10 has confirmed the worst-kept Survivor secret in recent times—that we’ll be getting two seasons of Australian Survivor in 2025.

One of the season’s themes is Australian Survivor: Brains v Brawn II. The other, Australia v The World, will be shorter, and the cast will include iconic returnee Survivor players from both Australia and the international iterations.

Only six of the cast members for Australian Survivor: Australia v The World have been confirmed so far. However, a bunch of names have leaked, as per Insider Survivor.

Australian cast

Shonee Bowtell – confirmed

Shonee was on Champions v Contenders, All Stars, and Heroes v Villains. She holds the record for spending the most time on Australian Survivor.

George Mladenov – confirmed

George was on Brains v Brawn and Heroes v Villains. He came runner-up on the former and fourth on the latter.

Kirby Bentley – confirmed

Kirby has only one season of Australia Survivor under her belt. She came 5th in the 2024 season, Rebels v Titans.

David Genat – rumoured

David — known as the ‘golden god’ by Survivor fans — won Australian Survivor: All Stars in 2020 and previously competed on Australian Survivor: Champions v Contenders.

Boost juice founder Janine competed on Australian Survivor: Champions v Contenders II. According to Yahoo Lifestyle, she’ll be back for the upcoming season.

“The successful entrepreneur and businesswoman has still been watching each series and has been taking notes,” an insider told the publication.

Luke is undoubtedly a fan favourite, and he’s competed on two seasons; Australian Survivor 2017 and Champions v Contenders.

Cirie Field – confirmed

Cirie has appeared on four seasons of American Survivor: Panama, Micronesia, Heroes vs. Villains, and Game Changers. She has yet to win a season of Survivor, and her best result was on Micronesia, where she came third.
