It’s safe to say that Ricki-Lee is very familiar with Australian Idol—she actually rose to fame from her stint on the second season of the reality singing competition back in 2004.

While she didn’t become an Australia Idol winner — the crown went to Casey Donovan for her season — she’s definitely one of the most memorable contestants throughout the show’s run.

It seems very full circle that she is one of the Australian Idol hosts!

Ricki-Lee is multi-faceted and more than just a presenter. She’s a singer, co-host of the Ricki-Lee, Tim and Joel show on Nova, and a McHappy Day ambassador.

Also, who can forget her absolute bop, Can’t Touch It? Released back in 2007, it went platinum and was featured in the Sex and the City 2 trailer. Watch the music video below for a hit of noughties nostalgia!

Career aside, Ricki-Lee is a loved-up lady. She is married to her manager, Richard Harrison.

The pair met through friends, and according to Who, the first time he saw her, she was skulling a beer! But, it was love at first sight, and the couple got engaged in January 2013 and tied the knot in 2015 at Château Bouffémont in Paris. Très bien!

If you were a kid growing up in the 2000s, you’d probably know Scott as Scotty from the ABC kid’s show Prank Patrol. Remember the ones with the ninjas?!

But, Scott is more than just an Australian Idol host. Based in LA, Scott is a DJ, presenter and the co-founder of Roo Mates, a global entertainment company that encompasses live events, TV, and digital media production.

Scott has previously hosted the music video show The Loop and has been a presenter on the E! Network.

He is also the founder of Aussie Christmas in LA, a yearly event held in July where Australians living in La La Land can come together to celebrate Christmas in July. In 2024, the event was held at the Santa Monica Pier.
