Carina Mirabile and Paul Antoine appeared to be a match made in heaven during their Married At First Sight (MAFS) 2025 ceremony. However, cracks became apparent straight after their vowels when Carina confessed that she’d been on a date with Paul before, and he had ghosted her.
Despite their rocky start, the couple patched things up at their reception when Paul approached Carina’s parents and confessed that he wasn’t in the right place emotionally to start a relationship when he went on a date with Carina.
Paul assured both his bride and her parents that he’s now ready to for something serious, and they seemed to accept his explanation.
But, what now? Are the genetically blessed couple still together, or have they gone their separate ways? Let’s find out!
Carina and Paul’s pairing
Carina comes from a large Italian family and is the only one of five siblings who isn’t married. Going into MAFS she was hoping to find someone tall, handsome, European and educated.
Paul certainly fits that brief, and he told the experts he was looking for a partner with European flair, a smile that lights up a room, and a great sense of humour — which sounds exactly like Carina.
Are Carina and Paul still together?
We don’t know the official relationship status of the couple just yet. However, things look promising!
Instagram account MAFS Gossip shared a photo of Carina and Paul gleefully strolling around the Zetland markets during a filming break.
While there isn’t information about how far through the filming process Carina and Paul were when the photos were taken, the pair look very happy in each other’s company.
We’ve got our fingers crossed for the adorable couple.
Married At First Sight 2025 airs Sundays at 7pm and Monday – Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
