There’s finally some good cozzie living news; NCIS: Sydney is coming to free-to-air TV, meaning you won’t need a streaming subscription to watch JD and Mackey take down the bad guys.

NCIS: Sydney season one premieres on Paramount+ in November 2023, and it was quickly met with a great reaction from viewers. Just weeks after its debut it became the most-watched local series on Paramount+ in Australia.

And, it wasn’t just Aussies who were loving NCIS Sydney. By late November 2023, Over 10 million viewers across CBS and Paramount+ watched the episodes in the US, and it became the #1 most-streamed CBS Network series premiere ever on Paramount+.

When will NCIS: Sydney be released on free-to-air and how can you watch it?

NCIS Sydney season one will kick off on Wednesday, 15 May At 8.40pm On 10 And 10 Play.

Official Synopsis

NCIS: Sydney is the first-ever international series from the global NCISfranchise outside of the US and sees rising international tensions in the Indo-Pacific. The brilliant and eclectic team of U.S. NCIS Agents and the Australian Federal Police (AFP) are grafted into a multi-national taskforce, to keep naval crimes in check, in the most contested patch of ocean on the planet.

Who is in the cast?

The NCIS: Sydney team will be led by NCIS Special Agent Michelle Mackey played by Olivia Swann. Australia’s very own Todd Lasance will be Swann’s 2IC AFP counterpart, Sergeant Jim “JD” Dempsey.

They are joined by Sean Sagar as NCIS Special Agent, DeShawn Jackson; Tuuli Narkle as AFP Liaison Officer, Constable Evie Cooper; Mavournee Hazel as AFP Forensic Scientist, Bluebird ‘Blue’ Gleeson and William McInnes as AFP Forensic Pathologist, Dr Roy Penrose.

How many seasons are coming to free-to-air?

Only one season of NCIS: Sydney has been released, and that will be showing on Channel 10. However, in March, Paramount+ confirmed that the show would be returning for season two.
