A mini purple Wiggle is on the way after The Wiggles star John Pearce and wife Jessie announced they’re expecting their first child.
John — who first rose to fame as part of Aussie band Justice Crew — took to Instagram on June 20 to share the exciting news.
“It has been a long journey but our beautiful angel has finally been sent to us,” he penned.
“We are so full of joy and can’t wait to meet you. Baby Adamo Pearce due Dec 2024.”
The post was accompanied by a video of Jessie’s pregnancy so far, including the wholesome moment the couple learned a baby was on the way.
Within the Reel, John and Jessie also shared a clip in which they found out they’re expecting a son.
The news was also shared on the official The Wiggles Instagram page.
“The Wiggles family is about to get a little bigger!” the account shared with its 267,000 followers.

Taking to the comment section, a bunch of John’s fellow Wiggles (old and new) congratulated the pair on their baby news.
“Congrats John and Jess!” OG yellow Wiggle Greg Page wrote. “What wonderful news you are sharing with us!”
Red Wiggle Caterina Mete, who is currently expecting twins, added: “The most beautiful news!!!! So excited and happy for you both! Sending you all the love in the world!
