When is MKR on?

The My Kitchen Rules airing schedule isn’t as straightforward as some other shows, so we’ve popped together a handy guide to when every MKR episode is on and how to watch it. Considering the drama and the dishes are flowing on MKR 2024, you won’t want to miss a single episode.

Both The Voice and MKR are currently airing on Channel 7, with the prime-time shows airing on different days. Combine that with a few airing changes due to special events, and it’s easy to miss an episode.

When is MKR on this week?

The MKR schedule has been changed due to the Brownlow medals which will air on Monday, September 23. That means for the week kicking off on Sunday, September 22, MKR will air on Tuesday, September 24 and Wednesday, September 25, at 7:30pm on Channel 7 and 7Plus.

When is My Kitchen Rules on moving forward?

After next week, MKR will return to its normal airing schedule. The cooking reality show will air on Mondays and Tuesdays at 7:30pm on Channel 7 and 7Plus.

What round is airing on My Kitchen Rules?

At the time of writing, the round that is airing is Instant Kitchens. Each team invites the contestants to their house, where they prepare a three-course meal for themselves and the judges.

In the past, the two teams that scored the lowest on the MKR leaderboard in Instant Kitchens round one were eliminated, and a few new teams — known as the gate crashes — were added for Instant Kitchens round two.

From there, the contestants move to Kitchen HQ, where they compete in challenges until one team of MKR contestants is crowned the winner.
