It’s another joyous milestone for Elyse Knowles and her fiancé Josh Barker, winners of The Block 2017, as they announce they’re expecting their third child.
The couple, who already have two sons, Sunny and Zaii, shared the exciting news while on Instagram while on a family holiday, much to the delight of fans and fellow celebs.

Elyse’s Instagram post featured a heartwarming photo alongside her two children with the caption, “The boys are very excited for another brother or sister🙏🏼.”
The announcement was met with an outpouring of love and support from friends, fellow stars, and fans. Megan Gale commented, “Amazing news. Congrats lovely,” while former MAFS star Martha Kalifatidis added, “Omg Wowowow. You do it so effortlessly!”
Bachelor star Anna Heinrich also chimed in with, “Congratulations again!! Superwoman xx.”
From The Block to Byron Bay
The couple’s journey from The Block to building a family in Byron Bay has been nothing short of inspirational.
After selling their The Block house for $3.067 million to comedian Dave ‘Hughesy’ Hughes, Elyse and Josh relocated to Byron Bay in 2019. They purchased a stunning $2.3 million beach house, which they have since renovated to perfection.
Elyse’s candid moments on motherhood
Elyse has always been open about her experiences with motherhood.
She previously shared with Stellar magazine how she faced anxiety after the birth of her first son, Sunny.
“I got quite anxious leaving home for the first time. My heart was racing. I didn’t know if I could do it,” she confessed.
“Having [Sunny], having our dogs and getting out there… And Sunny was screaming in the car and it made me quite scared. I found it hard to breathe and I had to tell myself, “It’s fine, what could go wrong? Everyone has babies… you just have to go for it,” she said.
