The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition is truly one of the most enjoyable shows on TV; thanks to its star-studded celebrity cast who are forced to get down and dirty in some of the world’s wildest places.
And, to top it off, this year’s The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition cast is made up of some very spicy characters. Case in point: Married at First Sight’s (MAFS) Cyclone Cyrell Paule who is known for having a glass of red wine willed at her by co-star Martha K at a Dinner Party.
We also have some A-listers among the bunch, including Peter Helliar, Ian Thorpe and Natalie Bassingthwaighte.
The 22 handpicked celebrities will race to numerous countries around the world and compete in tasks, which usually aren’t for the faint-hearted. Contestants will be eliminated along the way until one team is left standing and will take home the $100,000 prize money for their chosen charity.
However, last year’s season of The Amazing Race was an exception to the solo winner, as the finalists Darren McMullen and Tristan Dougan, Emma Watkins and Hayley Watkins and Angie and Alli Simpson jumped over the finishing line together, and were all crowned the winners.
